My husband went inside to get a coffee. He said brewed coffee with cream but the young woman there kept asking him if he wanted the ice drink. After he said no she pretended not to understand him. I then went and talked with her. She was rude as well but did give me a “brewed” coffee. When asked for milk or half and half, she gave me one little creamer from the fridge. The coffee tasted horrible. She used the steamer to inject steam into the coffee - it sure why. I don’t think she understands what a brewed coffee is. I am all about supporting local shops but frankly I would go to a Starbucks next time.

Wasn't happy about the service today. The employee took our order and then helped the lady behind us. The lady was very nice and told the employee to make our drinks first since she had a big order. The employee however continued to talk to her about her order... we got our 2 drinks 15/20 minutes later. He didn't even apologize for the wait. But I did appreciate that the lady wanted us to be helped first.

Not very good. Minimum tip percentage was 40% which felt very ridiculous.

It's our Boba go to spot when we get a craving for coffee jelly. A nice family shop with a lot to choose from. Try it, you'll love it .

Swung by after a long day and work and was craving some boba. You have to spend $10 or more to use card so I ended up getting a jumbo milk tea and a caramel cheesecake/cake. The cake was really delicious, pretty sweet, but tasted fresh. The boba was good and it hit the spot. This place is kind of tucked away and I only saw one gentleman working but he was very fast and friendly.

my first time at this establishment, I can not believe it's been at the Pearl Kai Shopping nine years now this café specializes is various coffees and teas with a twist of boba, which I enjoyed the iced peach green tea with boba large size costs $6.50 which is comparable to other coffee shops but not as crowded as others I'll definitely be back to try a desert with my tea

New to these types of drinks. Got the “special iced coffee” ( with creamAnd sugar) very good. Not too sweet. Strong coffee flavor but not bitter.

The atmosphere was quiet and pleasant. Be warned that they only take card for orders $10 and up. I thought we would hit this limit, but the shave ice we ordered was more reasonably priced than we thought (not a bad thing at all haha) The shave ice was good with lots of red beans! The tapioca here is good and chewy and I really loved that they used the Dave's Green Tea Ice Cream--my favorite ice cream to this day! Definitely would order this again (8/10)

We made a large order and it was only one girl working but she was accommodating. The drinks tasted good

3 star service 4 1/2 star drinkNote: you have to spend min. $10 to use a card so have cash if you're only getting one drink! This is just my opinion and experience, obviously Yelp doesn't do half star so I'll go with four. Their lychee Honey Tea smoothie is the only thing I or my family personally have enjoyed that we got from here. When I say I enjoy it though I mean I reaaally love it, it's an amazing balance of sweet but not too sweet (which sorry for all the "sweets" LOL) but is my sweet spot! I've come here a few times and only once had an experience that made me realize the service can be a headache since it's usually a pretty quick experience you don't get the opportunity to know until something makes it a longer interaction. Quick talk story time: My mom asked for a no dairy lychee tea slushie and they made her the lychee yogurt smoothie (which has dairy) then when Ma noticed it was milky/wasn't the drink she ordered and tried to let them know they refused to make her the thing she ordered and only gave her the option of repurchasing and being stuck with the dairy drink they mistakingly made and she couldn't drink; I ended up asking again myself and to see if she remembered my Ma asking for "no dairy" which she did but still the barista had to make some calls before she eventually made my Ma the drink she ordered and could actually drink. It seemed unnecessary and odd but I thought I'd mention it in the review because ever since I always watch them as they making mine now so I don't risk having to go through that again. #posttraumaticslushiedisorder This is a small place with a few indoor seats, snacks available for sale and some desserts as well. Despite that experience I would still recommend checking them out.

Good place to get a quick milk tea with Boba of course! Beware that they only have one person making your orders. Waiting can be a while... Would love to try other things on their menu during a non-congested time, which does not seem to be any time soon!

Our last stop on the way home, after going to Grandma's and Grandpa I always order the biggest size milk tea with boba and Ube walls ($2 extra) just perfect on a hot day and the drive home.

Has been visited the first shop at Mc Cully shopping center for years. Always getting a good bubble tea. I tried this location yesterday.everthing on the menu is the same but the flavor is a little different. Not a bad difference but different.
