Love this place - have been there three times over the past four years, and it’s amazing every time. Ceviche itself is great, but ceviche with Mexican flavors is sublime. The beer-battered fish tacos are some of the best I’ve had anywhere. The tostadas are a must try. Really, you can’t go wrong here.

Delicious food! Decent wait time, seating is first come and serve. I had the chicharron and fish appetizer and it was quite tasty.

Good restaurant however their sanitation is questionable. They all use gloves, touch multiple things, and not once saw them change gloves. It makes you wonder how much bacteria builds up
Fish tacos are amazing. Order took an 45 min to get my food to go but still a great spot.

We stopped to get a bite to eat after visiting Pearl Harbor. We ordered Chips and Salsa (free refill on chips), the Steak Quesadilla, and the Tostada De Camarón Cocido. Everything was delicious and we will definitely visit again.

Excellent spot in an old auto service station. Parking in front and larger lot just before you arrive at the location. Quesadillas are hearty and crunchy, the portions are generous, but my favorite thing was their homemade salsa and tortilla chips w free refills on chips. Thicker than ordinary tortilla chips but have a perfect hearty crunch. Staff was helpful and friendly. Don’t mess with the chickens as can be found everywhere on the island! They clean up all the crumbs but keep to themselves.
Very close to Pearl Harbor Memorial.

Da Seafood Cartel at 98-380 Kamehameha Hwy W in Aiea is hands down the most authentic Mexican food on Oahu, with a bold touch of the sea and truly authentic Mexican entrées and salsas. Every bite tastes intentional and rooted in tradition.
The carne asada steak taco, ceviche, shrimp taco, steak quesadilla, and the coctel de camarón y pulpo are all phenomenal. The seafood is fresh, the meats are well seasoned, and the salsas taste like they came straight from a family kitchen in Mexico. Nothing is watered down, and nothing feels commercial. It is simply honest, flavorful food done right.
Si mi gente anda extrañando el verdadero sabor de casa, este es el lugar.
¡Viva México, cabrones!

Wow. Just got off the plane and needed some food before going to Pearl Harbor. Taco Chando was the best taco I’ve had in years. I kept wondering if they put some kalua pig in with the marlin and then found out they smoke the marlin. So good. The other foods were great too. I like the salsa with the chips.
