We have been to this locations a few times and normally things are okay but the service this time was really bad. Dining there with our 3 year old nephew and one of the servers dropped off a shave ice and placed it in front of him. We were confused as we didn't order it. The server came back and took it to the table it belonged to and said sorry this belongs to another table. We were sort of ok with it until we saw his face. Hey, he's 3 years old. I was more shocked that the server actually placed it with the table that ordered it without checking to see if he ate any. I work in the food service industry and you don't do that obviously for sanitary purposes but the server thought nothing of it. The people at the table that ordered it were confused as they saw the whole event unfold. Also, the food took longer than normal to come out and we had to flag down our server many times. Pressed the service button to ask for more water but had to flag down a server to ask instead as they took too long to stop by. We even had to wait a while for the check as the servers working were too involved in talking with each other. The service was really off this time and we will probably not visit this location anytime in the near future.

Came for lunch and it wasn’t too busy, so we were seated right away which was nice. I usually go for the salmon karaage with a spicy ahi bowl, and I think the value you get from ordering that combo is next level. The food came out fast after ordering and the quality was good overall. The garlic salmon was thick and flavorful, and I personally liked it a little more than the garlic hamachi, though they tasted pretty similar. Another favorite of mine is the kabocha. They gave a lot of pieces and they were cooked perfectly. The only thing that fell a little short was the California roll, which wasn’t rolled very well and didn’t have much substance inside. Service was good and the electronic ordering system with food delivered by train makes it super easy. Overall, it was a solid spot for lunch and a pretty good experience.

We eat here at least twice a month. Food is always fresh and service is normally fast and friendly. The restaurant is fun and you order from your mobile device and the food is delivered via a train system that runs along the tables. I feel the prices are fair and they have the best French fries! Only complaint would be that this location is always very busy and we usually have to wait 15-30 minutes for a table.

Used to love coming here with my kids, but not having the conveyor belt kinda killed the vibe. Oh well.
