We have been to this locations a few times and normally things are okay but the service this time was really bad. Dining there with our 3 year old nephew and one of the servers dropped off a shave ice and placed it in front of him. We were confused as we didn't order it. The server came back and took it to the table it belonged to and said sorry this belongs to another table. We were sort of ok with it until we saw his face. Hey, he's 3 years old. Came for lunch and it wasn’t too busy, so we were seated right away which was nice. I usually go for the salmon karaage with a spicy ahi bowl, and I think the value you get from ordering that combo is next level. The food came out fast after ordering and the quality was good overall. The garlic salmon was thick and flavorful, and I personally liked it a little more than the garlic hamachi, though they tasted pretty similar. Another favorite of mine is the kabocha. They gave...

We eat here at least twice a month. Food is always fresh and service is normally fast and friendly. The restaurant is fun and you order from your mobile device and the food is delivered via a train system that runs along the tables. I feel the prices are fair and they have the best French fries! Only complaint would be that this location is always very busy and we usually have to wait 15-30 minutes for a table.
