I promised I would review this place and totally forgot to get around to it until now.
I am going to give this place 5-stars, because while you need to buy a ticket to the Bowfin Museum to access this truck, I am a firm believer that location accessibility (considering this is basically the only place they seem to be able to secure with the Museum) should NEVER dictate how the business performs.
Actually, it's a blessing that this place was here to begin with. The store that's left of the main entrance has sandwiches and snacks, sure, but it doesn't beat out fresh food.
So, I thank Jake's Food Truck for being at the Memorial and serving me and my grandmother food when we needed it the most!
Now, as for the food, I thoroughly enjoyed having the tenders there. Crispy, flavorful, and goes nicely with the BBQ sauce provided. The fries are an absolutely favorable side to go along with it; can't beat a duo like Tenders & Fries!
The man serving the food was also very polite and focused, keeping up on his work and efficiently tending to customers who approached with inquiries. I visited here around the beginning of February, so if he is still there, tell them that he did a great job. :)
Overall, a pleasant place with no hassle and good food. Kudos!

Wait forever for the food. Don’t order here. Ridiculous, very bad experience.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE THIEVES
Waited 30 minutes for our food before our Arizona boat ride. No food, no apology, nothing but attitude. Oh, and they weren't that busy. No excuse. Buy a hot dog from the girl outside. Thank me later.

You'll need to access the museum to get to this food truck.
Honestly a great spot for lunch as you can take a break from the tour of the museum and the memorials nearby. Great location and great view. The staff is kind and friendly.
Food wise, it was okay. I got the Hawaiian Pulled pork tacos which sounded good but taste wise it was okay. Nothing special that I'll go for again. Maybe choosing the burger and garlic fries would have been better. Only serve food here but there are few vending machines right there for you to get your drinks from.
Again, great spot to hit as you are in the middle of your visit but plan it well as it is behind an area where you have to pay for the museum for the USS Bowman.
Parking: Same lot as memorial and museum. $7 online payment.

My friend and i stopped here while touring the USS Bowfin and we both agreed the food was bland. We had the Hawaiian Pulled Pork Tacos and Garlic Fries. The fries were cold which was surprise as we were the first customers after they opened and the tacos were not flavorful. The pineapple they used as garnish was the best part of the meal. This is the worse meal I have had during my visit.

We were there last week and they were so busy they were using handheld buzzers to alert you when your food was ready. We didn’t know this, so all the tables around us were filled with other people also waiting on their food. If we knew the “line” was that long we wouldn’t have bothered. We waited 45 minutes for our food. It never showed up and we had timed tickets for the USS Arizona memorial, so we had to get a refund. I’ve worked food service and retail and I get that there is usually more going on behind the scenes than we know, but a heads up on the wait would have helped us avoid the mess of ordering and then cancelling and missing lunch.

After touring the Pearl Harbor memorial abs submarine, I wanted to grab something quick. Found the food truck with a lot of items on the menu, garlic fries caught my attention, and I am.i glad I tried that. Nicely flavored and cooked really well. Great work. Service was fast and enjoyed it !!!

Prices online are higher than at the stand. Cost you 22$ to get to the stand though, since you have to buy a tour ticket. Way to gouge your customers with already very expensive food. Pay no mind to the 'no service charge' as they clearly charge more

The Mac Attack was amazing. Huge burger, with a creamy coleslaw that is perfectly seasoned. It opens at 9 and it is located inside the Pearl Harbor Museum.
Avoid! We have the nachos. They were disgusting. I’d say have a hot dog from the vendor outside before you get in.
Just paid 20 for a plate of 3 shrimp rice that tasted like fish and bland pork. Tourist trap food. AVOID
