CHECK YOUR ORDER! OPEN YOUR BOX. They charge you for what you ordered, but not give you what you ordered. We ordered a box half malasadas original, then ordered the rest filled haupia & chocolate. Got home and realized only two of the malasadas were filled, 1 haupia 1 dobash, and the rest original. This is the 4th or 5th time in a row they have done this to us when we order from this location. The other times we thought it was just an innocent mistake, so we let it slide. Now, it's looking like it's being done on purpose - charging you for filled, but only give you the original. This is not aloha, especially for kama'aina. So check your box before you leave to make sure you got what you ordered and paid for.

Out of this world good donuts! Between the coconut and the custard one, we liked custard the most. They’re super well filled, and the dough is by far the best we’ve ever had anywhere!

Leonard's never disappoints. The malasadas were fresh, hot, and perfectly started my day before enjoying the Pearlridge Farmer's Market! The staff were quick and very polite, handing the food off with a smile.

We LOVE stopping here to get a malasada puff! The haupia is my favorite ~ the staff has always been kind & helpful & the malasadas are always perfect {and quickly made too}!

Friendly, quick and delicious malasadas. Soft airy and doenst taste oily at all. No line, and plenty of parking spots. Limited menu compared to the bigger store in honolulu.

Food truck style ambiance makes this Iconic Local favorite even more accessible to all us local people who find the Kapahulu (only brick & mortar) location inconvenient & out of reach . Before the Leonard’s JR trucks The only way to enjoy these delicious treats was a virtual mission impossible, locals don’t want to drive/sit in traffic for 30 minutes & then stand in line for an additional 30 minutes..ever.. thanks to the 2 “new” mobile locations we can finally pig out on the regular…& support local business!!

The malasadas were very crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I tried both the coconut and chocolate fillings. You could definitely taste the coconut, and the chocolate was very tasty. The only downside was that both malasadas were a bit too sweet especially the chocolate filling. If you like sugary sweets, you’ll probably love it. Would definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.

Delicious donuts place!! We stopped this place before we went to the airport! Everything was hot and freshly made! Original one was my favorite! There are many delicious flavors and they were all good! 😊
Personality, it was little too sweet so if they put less sugar, that would be perfect for me!
Anyways, had definitely a good time!
