Just when I was figuring what I was going to have for lunch, (since I skipped breakfast) my neighbor knocked on my door bringing food from Mamaya in Pearl Kai Aiea. I am blessed to have awesome neighbors that always share good eats with us and this is a spot I have yet to try. I was super excited because I’m originally from Aiea and anything from my hometown makes me super happy! They gave me a Bento Combo that had: Teri Beef, Fried Chicken, a slice of SPAM dipped in a teriyaki...
Love the inexpensive food choices at this place and if they are out of a choice on the shelves, you can request for one to be made. Best to go early in morning around 9-10am for good choices!!!
I pick up food for my mom a couple of times per month. I use their online ordering system ... It makes the process efficient and painless. The points card works too; spend $100 and get a $10 bento free. I love their unagi and garlic chicken bentos with the multi grain rice option ... delicious! Their salads are also great!
