The oil used on the chips and taco bowl shell is extremely stale. Please replace your oil. It has a very bitter taste.

The food is good the service is good the employees are very helpful and the atmosphere is comfortable HOWEVER I will no longer be contributing my money to more because they are not loyal to their customers I had a gift card issue and the company did not fix it and kept my money. I can make this food at home for less money.

They did not say welcome to Moe’s when I walked in and I got the smallest portion of meat known to man and I had to pay for extra meat. Then the sauce bar only had one type of salsa.

I was really sad to find out there are no Chipotles on the island. I heard about Moe’s through social media and some people even said they preferred it over chipotle. I honestly wasn’t impressed as it was pretty bland. I like that it comes with chips, but didn’t add to the meal. I would probably give it one more chance. But I definitely prefer Chipotle.

Absolutely terrible service. When you order a burrito or a bowl, you are supposed to receive a separate bag of chips per Moe’s policy. This is the little tiny bag of chips that I got for two joey’s and a bowl plus a side of queso. Absolutely unacceptable. Whoever was in charge of this shift, needs to take a serious look at their employees and retrain them. Yes, I selected that I wanted chips and salsa for every entrée. I specifically requested a separate full-size bag of chips for each burrito. Food looks nasty as well. Terrible presentation. I know dang well all Moe’s employees are taught better than this sloppy mess Food is not good upon tasting. Reducing from 2 stars to 1.

I don’t usually leave reviews but, as a local who has been going here for the past 3 years, it is a shame to see how this place has fallen. They have severely cut corners on portions and size while still keeping their prices high. This was a special places to go after a day at the mall. Now though? Just another corporation.

Was hoping this was going to be a replacement for the Moes from mainland. But because they are a franchise they don't honor any of the Moes promotions. No Moes monday, or Bogo. But they offer military discount.

Located in the Pearl Ridge shopping center, this is an OK fast food Mexican restaurant. It is a “build your own“ entrée selection, as you choose your style, your protein, and then the toppings and sides. The food was OK.
