Great place for ono grindz! Amazing outdoor covered seating area with view of the golfers doing their thing.
Everything you can hope for in a driving range and more!!! Onolicious grinds!!
I can't go during the day. Newton's is the best because they're open late and you can avoid the sun. Seem laid back about 420. Can't smoke because of my job but they didn't have a problem with me having a few drinks.
Usually crowded, but it is still a decent driving range to go to
Rude staff.
Me and my friend were on our way out. A staff member proceeded to walk up to my car agitated while I’m talking with my friend and began to swear and cuss us out for taking up a parking space.
Edited my original review. I realized that hitting balls are expensive everywhere, and these guys baskets are pretty large. I like the new shade things. Makes practicing here super comfortable. Good to know there’s good food right here, but we usually don’t have enough money to spend on food 😭so we just hit buckets. 5 stars since I come here at least once every 2 weeks for the kid’s practice. Loyalty card makes me feel like I save money.
Easter Sunday regular business hours. 8:30am-9pm.
Come on down!
Visiting from San Diego and I can promise the locals who are upset about the price increases that this is an outstanding driving range and worth the money. I wish we had something like this on the mainland. The mats are great, the range is flat, the cafe is AWESOME and the whole setup is well done. Don’t forget to buy a tee or bring your own.
A great place and so many families go here and most may not be golfers but to have a family fun time laughing at each other's swing. Put away the electronics get off the social media and spend a quality fun time with your family, for a change
Newtown is a nice driving range that is open later than others. You get your own assigned stall when you purchase a basket of balls, which is nice. The stalls are wide enough to swing all your clubs without needing to worry about the other stalls. The balls are pretty nice, not worn out or cracked. The mats are in pretty good shape, not worn down to the rubbber. Another nice thing about this range is that the stalls are partially covered to block the sun during the day. They do have several targets down range to aim for and make it more fun.
There is a Pro Shop here as well. They sell some clubs, balls and hats. What they do best is fix, alter, and modify your golf clubs. They can also help fit you for new shafts and grips. We brought in a club that the head came off, they fixed it fast and reasonably priced. We also reshafted 5 irons with new grips, and we got them back in 2 days. The workmanship is great, and they help to find different options. We now go here for all our fixes and alterations.
There is a take out restaurant here. The food is good and we enjoy dinner here when we practice at night.
Restaurantji Recommends
Good mats and balls. Restaurant food was good. $16 for a large bucket of balls. Highly recommend.
Good place to get tested. The golf range that keeps it real. One of only a few ranges that I know of that lets you swing after the sun is down. Awesome
The driving range is decently good.
Prices are pretty high but what isn’t in Hawaii..
the rental of clubs however is lame.
Lame lame lame…
You get one…
That’s it
No choice no selection.
They think it’s put put
Always has a lane or two open. Ball groomer is always active. Food is not too shabby
Great but when it rains it's not really covered.
