Great spot for breakfast and lunch! Portions are generous, food is fresh and tasty, and the service is friendly. Loved the pancakes, eggs, and burgers—definitely worth coming back! Food came out quick and everything was delicious

Close and convenient breakfast place. The hamburger and fries came hot fresh off the grill. Hamburger beef flavor was not there. My wife had the vegetarian omelet as her go-to breakfast. Service was quick and friendly, but the background music was pretty loud. Wish it was a little quieter.

The food was so greasy and cold. Chicken tasted terrible and cold. Waffle was spongy. Crab cake was so bad and the sauce on the bendict was nasty. Very junky. Save your health and don't go. No replacement allowed for any pork products. Bathroom was not clean and servers were not pleasant. No go.

Very expensive for unappealing breakfast. I almost wouldn't even want to touch the food when I saw how little the food was for 28 dollars. Not worth going there for breakfast. Zippys is much better. I would give them 1 or zero star.
I love Pancakes and Waffles BLD! My omelette and toast was great! The staff were nice. The interior felt calm and good. Definitely recommend them! Have a great day!❤️🍳🧇🥞☕️
