Pancakes & Waffles BLD is an affordable, big portions, kind + quick service kinda spot! The food is good and very reasonable. I enjoyed the extremely fast service and it was so delicious too!

Close and convenient breakfast place. The hamburger and fries came hot fresh off the grill. Hamburger beef flavor was not there. My wife had the vegetarian omelet as her go-to breakfast. Service was quick and friendly, but the background music was pretty loud. Wish it was a little quieter.
