The bbq chicken was uncooked, the tofu looked old and the kimichi was too watery, I didn't even taste that kimchi flavor. I hope you do better next time.

Ordered mini kalbi plate, my friend right before me ordered bbq chicken. Her plate came out within 5 minutes-hot, fast, what she had ordered. She ate her meal before I got up to stand by the pick up area, there was no one in line after my order until a woman came and ordered a vege plate and then a telephone order came in. At 10 minutes I figure they are cooking it, at 5 the forgot and it wasn’t ready for 20+ minutes until I asked for my $ back. WTH? Lost a customer- Terrible service

I frequently dine there and always had a positive experience with the exception of tonight. Sauces was watered down and many items was not available including simple things such as rice and straws. Orders took forever to arrive and had to keep reordering the items. One of the managers came to apologize for the delay’s and shortages. At the end the receptionist and and another lady came to our table to ask how long more we will be here because we need the table for someone else. I told her it’s not our fault that service was terrible and items took forever to come. I told her you can call the manager and she said I am the manager. I told her we are winding down and not to rush us it’s not our fault your service was terrible. They should post a sign outside listing all the items on the menu that they don’t have. Would I go back probably not.

Strawberry soju is my fave, food is great. Not keen on cooking it myself, but all in all very good place to come eat, drink and enjoy

Came here 10/12/22 Ordered fish jun plate but they gave me meat jun instead. Cashier wasn’t paying attention much to customers she kept talking to her co worker while taking order.
Does not close at 8pm Sunday they need to update their times on Google

Not like other Korean food places. Food had no taste, more egg batter than there was meat. Also ordered side Mandoo which cashiers insisted was in the plate, and it was not. Will not eat here again
