When I'm in the area and craving Vietnamese I come here to Pho Le. Ordered the Shrimp Spring Roll to get me started. Perfect balance in flavors. I had to add the house chilli oil to help spice things up. Main Dish: Lemongrass Chicken Banh Mi. Lemon grass chicken was very tasty with a hint of lemongrass. As always, added the house chilli to add to the flavor profile.

What happened? I used to LOVE this place, it was my go to every time I wanted pho. After the first couple times, I went about 3 more times on separate occasions and each time it just got worse. The broth was not near what it used to be, very watery and not much flavor. The service is OK, but man it's not the place I remember. The banh mi is still pretty consistent though

Pho Le is my favorite spot for Vietnamese food spot in Honolulu, especially when I have a craving for Pho. It's not a big place and if you blink you will pass it but it's directly across from the shell station in Aiea. The Pho is outstanding! I usually get the combination pho but I like the chicken pho as well. I love the broth and all the veggies that come with it, it's so good. You get a pretty big serving for the price and you can tell it's fresh. The Thai Tea is pretty good as well. The service is superb! The servers are helpful & attentive and always so positive, makes you want to keep coming back. If you are in the mood for good Pho, try Pho Le.

This restaurant used to be called Pho 8 and munhubby used to love going there for lunch and would sometimes take me when he was off from work. It's our first time back since the pandemic started. They are under new ownership but the lady there is just as nice. The food is still great but the prices have gone up. I guess that's normal as that seems to be the norm since covid hit. I usually get the beef combo pho but I tried seafood combo this time and it was even better. Hubby said he liked his chicken pho and Thai tea. It's not the best pho and tea we have had but it's good and nearby. Give them a try. Support local businesses during this tough times. They are closed Wednesdays.

Probably in my top three fave pho places on island! I typically order from them once a week. Super yummy, and quick service. The lady at the register always is smiling and positive! Recommend summer rolls, tofu summer rolls and tofu pho with veggie broth.

Great pho! I don't have a picture, because I ate it all. I've eaten here twice and I keep forgetting. I think that's just how good it is. Should I even review a place and let others know? Or do I not and keep this place a secret. Well...I want this business to thrive, so I'll share it! First off, I'm not big into Pho. The pho train came into popularity and I was never a fan. I kept trying place after place with friends who liked it and it all tasted the same to me, like same difference? It was never bad, just never good enough for me to crave it, you know? But Pho Le is different. Call me a pho fan and the pho train has left the station...I'm a bit late to the party, but I think I've been trying all the wrong places! Maybe back then, I just would make it spicy. Now that I'm a little older, I don't put so much of the spicy stuff. I enjoy subtle broths, not the bold and strong tonkotsu broths anymore. Another thing to note is they add a lot of meats. This pho is a full meal! They even added in tapioca cup with either taro or banana. The phone order is easy and the packaging is nicely prepped and packaged. The raw meats, broth, and noodles are all separated. You can combine them at home and it'll be hot to cook the steak and tastes just like eating it in the restaurant. They say ramen on a rainy day, but I say pho is better. Clean, hot, and hits the spot. I'll take a picture soon, if I remember to!

So many veggie/vegan options!! Love that you can pick what protein you want for almost the entire menu so it was very easy to order. My favorite was the tofu fried rice - so flavorful! Definitely going to be getting that one again. I also enjoyed their lemongrass tofu banh mi. It packed a lot of flavor and wasn't to expensive either. The peanut sauce with the tofu summer roll was perfect. It had the best consistency (not too thick or thin). When I dipped my roll it didn't fall apart and the sauce coated everything nicely. It's hard finding good summer rolls! I usually make a mess eating them, but they executed theirs well. I wish I could just order the peanut sauce to take home too. One of the best ones I've tried so far. The veggie and tofu pho wasn't anything spectacular. The broth is very plain since there's no meat, but that's pretty standard anywhere you go and order that. The fish sauce and chili oil were very much needed to add more flavor. Overall, very delicious, very good prices! Highly recommend them!

I ordered the special seafood noodle soup. Based off Yelp pictures it looked appetizing so I ordered it. When I got home to eat the meal the broth was very bland with a similar taste to water. No seasoning at all even the chili oil couldn't save this. If you visit this restaurant steer clear of this dish. I called to ask if this was normal and they stated yes they use a chicken broth and it's not as rich as pho broth. Overall waste of $15.75.
