Food taste, quantity, and presentation were very good. Not large, but clean restaurant and seating was perfect even with our group size.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking closeby, easy to get into/out of car & restaurant.

My favorite neighborhood Vietnamese place to go! At least once a month. I love their vermicelli bowls. My favorite is the barbecue pork w/spring rolls. The veggies are always super fresh.

Quickly greeted when we arrived. Prompt delivery of water while we were seating, however one cup had gunk on the outside. Food didn't take too long to arrive to the table, but came out piecemeal instead of as a group. Food itself was rather bland, fried rice wasn't fried long enough, and considering we were the only party there eating, is quite interesting. Some of the chicken used in one dish was mostly gristle and fat. Gyoza was unappetizing and the filling texture didn't have a good mouth feel. Staff was eating and was awkward trying to get our check.

Broth is always great when I come here. Service is always with a small. Only knock is no broth with extra noodle on the side

Soooo deliciouso, I got on Uber eats, good price and good quality! Was ready very quick and they accommodated extra siracha and hoisin sauce for no extra fee which was very nice. Sooo give it a go, I only got the vegetable pho but rare beef on the side so idk about all the other things on the menu but the pho was very good!! I'll order again if I'm ever wanting some pho again

A-okay. Menu is very similar to Saito & Pho, but the food is not as good. Not a fan of the iceberg lettuce with the spring rolls. The pho was good and they gave plenty of meat! The service was very attentive and staff was nice. I didn't try anything off the Japanese side of the menu.

I've only ordered a couple take outs from here. I dont feel the food is authentic. My most recent order was the cold vermicelli with bbq pork and spring rolls. No peanuts, no cilantro, no mint, ffish sauce was bleh. Definitely not what a true vietnamese vermicelli bowl is like. After several fails, I probably won't go back.

On the way back to Waikiki from the Aloha Stadium Swap Meet on Wednesday, September 6, 2023, Hubby and I wanted to eat Vietnamese food and found Pho Time via Yelp.Located in the Aiea Town Square, we immediately found front row parking facing the restaurant. We arrived shortly before 3 PM to an almost empty eatery. As such, we were seated immediately. The single dining room is quite small. Maximum capacity can't be more than sixty persons. Minimal decor with brown tables sans tablecloths and black padded dining chairs are what you will see here. If dirty bathrooms freak you out, hold your pee during your visit - the restroom can use a major cleaning and the floor looks like it has NEVER been mopped, EVER. Interestingly, not only does Pho Time serve Vietnamese fare, they also offer Japanese dishes such as Pork & Chicken Gyoza, Tempura, etc. Below are what we ordered:French Iced Coffee ($6.50) - Good, but served in plastic to go cups. Convenient, but kind of cheap feeling.Regular Spring Rolls ($13.99) - Nicely crispy and the side of cucumbers, pickled radish & carrots, and lettuce were great additions. I wasn't a fan of their spicy nuoc mam, so asked for a non-spicy bowl. Initially, they just gave me plain fish sauce straight from the bottle, so I had to clarify that I still wanted it prepared/mixed with sugar, etc. Come on, really?Summer Rolls ($9.99) - Substituted the shrimp for tofu, but was still charged the same price for the same quantity. Not cool.Lemongrass Tofu Vermicelli ($15.99) - Again, vegetarian versions of this bowl with tofu are the same price as those with meat. Makes no sense to me at all.Steamed Pork Bánh Mí with added paté ($10.99 + $1 for added paté) - Good, but I had to ask for more paté because they originally gave me a skimpy spread. Had I ordered a non-meat Banh Mi, I would still have been charged $10.99, according to the menu.Do these people know that meat and seafood cost WAY more than tofu??Service was nice and friendly, but I just find this establishment as run by cheap business owners; they apply a 3% surcharge for credit card payments and charging same prices for meat/seafood and tofu just doesn't sit well with me.Unless I am in the area and desperate for bánh mí, I probably won't return.

Not sure why this restaurant wasn't busier. Food was amazing and not outrageously priced!

This is my favorite Bun Bo Hue spot on the island so far. The broth was delicious and very lemongrass forward. It came with tons of the various meats that you need with BBH, like cha, brisket, blood cube, tendon, and pork rib. I wish they used the thicker noodles rather than the thin vermicelli kind though. I also got the goi cuon, which was fine, and the regular wings which had a super crispy coating on them (came with a side sauce of Thai sweet chili). I'll definitely come again for their suon bo pho (beef ribs), which I couldn't find on the menu but saw an amazing photo of it on the wall afterwardsService was fast and friendly. Parking can be a pain, but the entire plaza is free for 2 hours. They offer a military discount, and charge 3% for credit card transactions.
