Food was good but we told staff about a peanut allergy and they served us a dish with peanut in it... My wife was lucky this time, but it could have been very bad.
Food was very good really recommend coming here
Staff is friendly but food is laughably bad. No flavor in the ramen, shrimp tempura, nor chicken katsu. Save your money and eat a $1 ramen cup instead - seriously it would taste better!
I have ordered black garlic ramen and found it to be my first time of such taste and it was very good. The place was very clean and the service was great.
Food was delicious, if you are ordering to go you should definitely call ahead
Great ramen and very reasonably priced
Chicken Katsu Curry and the Pork Fried Rice was mayjah!
Remarkable ramen. They nailed the chashu, the noodles were great, and the TanTam broth was nice and clean. The apps tasted nice and clean. They could step up their sauce game but with their price and ramen quality I surely can not complain.
Clean. Good food, if you are in the area, worth a stop.

Pretty good ramen place. Mostly noodles though and not enough meat. The kimchee-hoo promised spice and I didn’t get any. The portions however are huge but I didn’t take any home.

Almost like a hole-in-the-wall kinda shop, menu is very similar to Da Ichi Ramen but with more variety. Stopped by here for an after work dinner & enjoyed our meal. Parking is EXTREMELY LIMITED and we almost left because of it.
Servers are always friendly & dote on you. Food is really good, I love Ramen & this was closer than driving to Pearl City for Da Ichi. Portions are great! Got the Special Combo with Ramen, adding shrimp katsu and beef fried rice for my side. Was able to sub out the pork fried rice 😏. Oh and they also got chicken wings that are worth it, so yay!
Overall, pretty good place. My katsu shrimp was a bit overcooked and crunchy but the gyoza and chicken katsu confirmed that they're worth it.
Parking: Parking is tight and limited in front of the building. Then again it's Hawaii, parking lots are not the best.

It was the best ramen I have had on the island. The pricing was very reasonable and well worth a trip!
Vegetarian options: The menu states to talk to the staff about vegetarian options.
Dietary restrictions: Notify staff about allergies.

I recently visited Shaka Ramen and had a wonderful dining experience. I ordered the calamari and shoyu ramen, both of which were absolutely delicious. The calamari was perfectly crispy and flavorful, and the shoyu ramen had a rich, savory broth with just the right balance of ingredients.
The service was excellent; the staff were attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The restaurant itself has a very calm and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a leisurely meal or a quiet dinner.
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed everything about my visit to Shaka Ramen and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and a pleasant dining experience.
