Paid $8.80 for this blended oreo drink. It is terribly bland and is mostly ice. My daughter got a few sips in before it turned into an ice block. Went back to ask for simple syrup to mix in and owner said they can't help me with that. Girl in the front was very nice though and I could tell she felt bad about it.

Very friendly staff and good music, menu is also very easy to understand and have a lot of options. Plenty parking outside and they have convenient hours. Place looks very clean and have options for sitting. Today I tried the cocoa lover with and added some lychee, it is so delicious and refreshing, will definitely come back to try more of their teas.Parking: Access from kaahumanu street

My favorite boba tea, i know it's mainstream but plenty of options.
I don't know how to rate this place. On a normal day, the drinks are really good but they do get a bit skimpy on the boba. Taste wise i give it a 4 star!! IF they weren't skimpy on the boba, i'd give them a 5 star...My gripe about this establishment is the worker. He came in to work this past week sicker than sick!! I grossed out bcuz his nose was stuffy and runny, he sounded so bad and congested with very little energy, and then he's talking while making our drinks. Without a mask, no matter how much you try, your spit still sprays out of your mouth, into the drinks, on the boba, cups, ice.. ingredients! I just couldn't order knowing this guy was so sick and handling our drinks, so I left! This is really inconsiderate and unsanitary.

Very convenient in Waimalu Plaza Shopping Center. Lots of parking and super friendly staff. Quick service. Inside is well lit and clean. Making this review for their Ginger Milk Tea. You can only get this at maybe a few boba places on island. Yummy

First time coming here located in waimalu plaza. Luckily for us there was no line and our four drinks came out really quick. I ordered one of the items off of their wall the strawberry ice blend with lychee jelly me ice cream. Was good on this hot muggy night, will come back if I'm in the area to try something else.

This is specific to the experience I just had. I called in an order ahead of time so it would be ready when I walked in because we're tight on time because of a newborn.When I got there, it wasn't done yet. That's fine because maybe they had a crowd before that? But for something like ten minutes, I watched them take new orders and slowly get to my ice blended drinks. At some point, one of the two workers walked off due to a shift change in the middle of the rush, I suppose. Instead of finishing the drinks, they left the ice blended mixtures in the blenders, melting for several minutes, until a new girl popped back out (meanwhile, the one worker left kept taking new orders). They then handed drinks off to the person behind me, then walked off to wash the blenders.. even though my drinks were done. I had to push for their attention to give me the drinks that were sitting and further melting.I'm not sure if you guys need to train your workers to finish drinks before taking even more orders, or if you just don't care after customers paid? All I know is that I'm not going to tip anymore for this store. Why pay for "service" ahead of time when you can't even get it?

I have been wanting to try Share Tea since it opened up right up the road from my family home. Located in the Waimalu Shopping Plaza, there are a bunch of eateries, and all kinds of other shops close by, and ample parking.I decided to stop in finally after a day of walking the Swap Meet. It was a hot and sunny afternoon, even in January, so I wanted to get something cold and refreshing.Upon first looking at the menu, I already thought that the prices were a but higher than many boba places I've been too. My mom wanted the cocoa creama, which she enjoyed. The strawberry mojito drink looked perfect for a cold and refreshing drink, exactly what I was looking for. They only serve those in one size though, and it's smaller than the normal sized boba cup, and not super far off in price either. I asked if I could add boba to that drink, but they aren't able to add toppings to the mojito drinks, apparently? Anyway, I may go back to try something else, but I know of many other spots with better selections and prices.
I am new to this tea with balls kind of thing. I came here for my Mom. The place is located a few doors down from Pancake house in the waimalu shopping center (city mill safeway) The place seems clean and staff was friendly.. Its definetely a pick up and go kind of place... I cant really comment on tea because I have never really got into this but imo it tasted good... place was clean.. staff was cool and I guess the prices were fair and reasonable.

Staff was helpful when it comes to explaining their menu. The decor was modern and clean. When it comes to the drinks, it's okay for a quick pick me up. I ordered the QQ FAMILY milk tea- 50% less sugar/light ice/no lychee. My other half ordered the Taro Ice blended with pudding. For the pudding we were expecting more of a custardy flavor, the Taro flavor is on point and the milk tea itself was good. The bobas do come off quite hard and clumpy not too much flavor. Overall a decent place to get boba.
