Ordered my drinks and just realized I forgot the free pup cup. Told them immediately and they told me if I wanted one I had to go in a line behind 8 people and order one. So I did because I was waiting on my drinks anyways. Then after I ordered, she waited until she made everything else for everyone else before getting the pup cup. Then she tried to tell me again I needed to wait for a spoon and that only the cashier could get it for me. Took forever. This place is disorganized and only the male cashier was polite.

Had an awful experience with an angry customer, but the barista was very kind to me afterwards. I was not able to get her name, but I hope she knows I appreciate her kindness! Big mahalo for dealing with brutal customers with such grace-- I know it is not easy.

How can you have 7 people working and 2 sitting down having a meeting and still have to wait 21 minutes for your mobile order eatly in the morning. I come here once and a while but after today I'm not coming here again.This is not the first time i have waited. You served every walk in but made no effort to complete my mobile order timely. The time from ordering on the app to received was 21 minutes. Please explain. 7 employees with no system. As for your greeting only 1 person took the time to say Goodmorning. You also need to make sure if you are out of something it's posted on your app before we pay. Substituting the item for a cheaper one is not acceptable especially after waiting 21 minutes. BAD service bad teamwork and all in all not a good experience. I challenge your store to do better than that if you and your staff actually cares about your customers,not selectively but consistently. I'm sure you as well would be upset as well. 21 minutes to wait for an order that had an item you prepaid for unavailable.

It’s crazy to me how the baristas allow customers here to watch YouTube/TikTok videos or listen to music on their phones/tablets on full blast, sleep here, cause problems among other customers, etc. Why don’t you guys do something? Isn’t it a new policy for baristas to kick out disruptive customers?? (Context: There are lots of chronics in this area.)

Avoid this Starbucks!!!! Drinks are always made inconsistently. Whoever makes the espresso drinks on Mondays and Wednesday mornings needs to go back to barista training. They tend to think that people come to Stabucks for the milk rather than the coffee. My drinks are supposed to have 4 shots of espresso in it. I swear they put only one shot and fill the rest of my cup with milk and ice.

I was at this location April 18, 2025 at around 9:45-10:00 A.M. The baristas were timely, smiling, friendly, and professional. They were working diligently while I could tell there was an overwhelming number of online orders coming in on top of the customers in-store. I was greeted and had my order taken as soon as I walked in. And my drinks were made correctly in a timely manner. Another customer was loudly berating several team members because of an issue with her app order. I watched them kindly apologizing and doing their best to help her understand they cannot do anything about app problems. They were offering to make her order, showing evidence they had not received it through the app, finding an app customer service number for her, and eventually calling their manager. This customer was rudely disregarding all their quality customer service and continuing to yell at them and tell them it's unacceptable. The baristas on this shift deserve raises because I know they are not being compensated to deal with that level of difficulty in a customer. I commend them for keeping their kindness and professionalism.

I’ve came multiple times before writing this. Probably 1out 10 of my orders actually came out decent. I’ve asked to have my drink fixed and I’m looked at like it’s my fault or that it’s a problem. Pearl city Starbucks is under renovations and I drive to waipio for Starbucks instead of this one, which is 3 minutes away from me. And waipio is 15
