Had an awful experience with an angry customer, but the barista was very kind to me afterwards. I was not able to get her name, but I hope she knows I appreciate her kindness! Big mahalo for dealing with brutal customers with such grace-- I know it is not easy.
I was at this location April 18, 2025 at around 9:45-10:00 A.M. The baristas were timely, smiling, friendly, and professional. They were working diligently while I could tell there was an overwhelming number of online orders coming in on top of the customers in-store. I was greeted and had my order taken as soon as I walked in. And my drinks were made correctly in a timely manner. Another customer was loudly berating several team members because of an issue with her app order....
Because of BOGO today, they were really slammed. Slightly confusing line, both for ordering and mobile pickup, due to the pandemic. This is one of the Starbucks that I go to. The baristas never lose their cool and are consistently nice & smiling.
