This is a fantastic alternative to the Starbucks situated inside of the mall that is just a short walk away.

I used to get all of my drinks from the Starbucks inside of the mall, but due to being understaffed they usually have problems getting orders out quickly. I started going to this Starbucks and found that, even with the walk, it was faster to just get drinks here.

The staff is stellar and much more patient with people looking over the menu. They have never gotten any of my orders wrong and I have never had any orders stolen at this Starbucks.

Ordered Starbucks here and came back to pick up my order and the drawings they put on the cups are soooo cute!!! I wasn’t expecting it and me and husband had a good laugh bec my name is Capri and they drew and little character drinking Capri sun lol! Drinks were good too!

Overall the food and drinks I usually get from this location are spot on, though I have to mention that in my most recent visit, the bathroom closed for the night at around 6:15 PM, which is over an hour and a half before closing? After I used the bathroom at that time, a worker came immediately and put up a cabinet in front of the door with a closed sign on top before I even got the chance to sit back down which I found odd. I understand that food places may want to close their bathrooms around 15 min. before closure in order to clean them or ensure no one is stuck in them after closing, but I saw absolutely no one come to clean the bathroom after it was closed, and I stayed there just up until closing. I feel that closing the bathroom that far in advance (an hour and 45 min.) is a big inconvenience, especially when going towards closing, Pearlridge is closing up and there's not enough time to go anywhere nearby to use the bathroom. (Also barracading it in general seems a bit much?)

Filled my whole venti cup with ice so I barely got any of my drink. Didn’t write a message on my cup. Didn’t ask for my name so they couldn’t call me for my order. Smushed my cake pops in the bag, all while more than 2 workers were conversing behind the counter. No one showed any love towards my order💔. Made my day worse.

The service here is terrible and operated incompetently. Ordered a Traveler 1 hour in advance set to be picked up at 6am. Upon arrival, they had a sticky note on the coffee machine but said they forgot.
I tried to give them a 2nd chance. Walked in with no one in line and 3 workers behind the counter. Waited 3 mins before they acknowledged me at the register waiting to order where one of them stated I’ll be right with you. She continued to gossip with another female coworker as they giggled throughout their conversation. Eventually another employee who was cleaning the tables came to the register to take my order.
Better off going to another cafe or location as being fooled as a customer for the 2nd time is my fault.

I love the environment it’s really great to have meetings with people. The place is so nice and clean. The service is wonderful. They were really quick with my order and friendly. I ordered my refill and did it so well. I love the message they put on my coffee. The order is right and so sweet when I said bye. I see them serving the food to the people who dine in. Their service and hospitality made my day. I appreciate their hard work from getting so much orders constantly. Overall great experience and looking forward to come back again.

Starbucks has changed, and Corporate values have changed. I am a gold card holder and a starbucks customer for over 40 years. If I make a purchase a one store and then go to another store, I should be able to ask and receive a cup of water. If a person asks for a cup of water, they must make a purchase. What if they are homeless and have no money. Do you allow them to skip their medication? It's hot in Hawaii, and Starbucks should have a courtesy cup of water. Your policy no longer promotes the use of green, refuse-friendly methods. Previously, you would give people coffee grounds when they asked for them, if they were available. Now your Policy change promotes filling our landfill.

The cashier/barista didn't honor my free refill for a dine-in glass that I originally got.

A few months ago, Starbucks company changed their dine-in options. If you paid for your original drink (no matter what your original drink was) as a dine-in with a glass cup for a cold drink or ceramic mug for a hot drink, you can get free refills (basic hot or iced coffee or tea except cold brew coffee) as long as it's during the same visit.

On this visit, my original drink was an energy drink which I got in a glass cup since I was going to spend some time there. When I went to order an iced black tea for my refill, she refused me because my original order was an energy drink. I explained to her that it didn't matter what my original drink was. It was a drink I paid for, and it was for dine-in, hence the glass cup. She told me she couldn't honor that because my drink was an energy drink. She just repeated that a couple of times not explaining anything differently. I told her, I've had this at that location a few times as well as at other locations with no problems at each visit. This was the first time this had happened. She clearly doesn't know the details of their new policy. Unfortunately, the manager wasn't there at the time. I haven't talked to their manager yet. This is unacceptable as I make sure I fully understand their policies so I know what is allowed and what isn't. I am one to follow the rules, so when this cashier/batista denied me of my refill, I was shocked. She didn't apologize nor explained the policy further. But I know she doesn't know the policy, or this wouldn't have happened. She repeating herself and not being able to back herself up with facts proves that she doesn't thoroughly understand the policy.

Came in Saturday around 3:30pm. I made a mobile
Order, came inside and asked for bathroom code. First girl looked annoyed I even asked, grumbled under her breath to second girl about everyone asking her for the bathroom code. It’s not my fault she was the first worker I saw.
Ordered a match light ice, when I received my cup seemed like the whole cup was ice. I asked the first girl if she could redo because I asked for light ice. First girl looked annoyed and had the second girl redo my drink (first girl made it). The drink again was filled mostly with ice even though second girl heard me ask for a redo of light ice. Seems like it was a set up to see if I would complain again about second girl. I was already having a bad day and in a rush, and was not about to complain a second time so I left. Both drinks tasted horrible. I’ve been here a total of 3 maybe 4 times this past year. Seems like baristas need a crash course of how to properly make the drinks and customer service. Every time I come in I feel like an inconvenience, to the point I avoid this Starbucks

Kaylee took my ordered. I ordered a chai ice tea with coconut milk and a shot of expresso. She made a matcha, which I told the supervisor wasn’t my order. The nice supervisor asked her to remake it, but she filled my venti cup basically with ICE. I’m not even sure it’s coconut milk. I was about to be late for work so I just left. But what terrible customer service.

If you’re in a rush don’t come to this SB. It took them 30 mins for one drink and one food item. 9am on a Tuesday maybe 3 people in front of me when I ordered.

Tried to get the free tall coffee with my app and was told I can't get it. Why do false advertising Scambucks. Wasted my time going to Scambucks Rubbish!
