I know some ppl gonna hate, and other support but I didn't tip my coffee. Sorry I think startbucks employees are better paid than myself and others and I just don't feel like tipping on an already overprice mini $6 coffee but I think that is not a reason to pour 80% ice on the customer cup bc I end up paying $7 for a small cup of ice which I consider a scam. I would promote a law that should be illegal any establishment sell any kind of drink with more than 30% ice. Starbucks is just another place that join this practice but there are so much more out there. I'm sorry Tip culture for me is a plague we need to eradicate because for the greed of the companies employees mad at people instead to fight for better working wages. Japan and Korea don't have tip culture and gastronomy works more than fine. All the tips are just overpricing everything, skipping taxes so we are not helping employees bc they don't get social security or retirement on their base pay of tips. They deserve better salaries and we deserve better product and service, shops can cut their profit and be competitive.

Shopping fuel...Today was an all female team, and we were amazing! This sort of centralized location in the Pearlridge Mall is always been pretty busy whenever I pass by and today as I did have a bonus to fulfill, I decided to take advantage and refill her my shopping exploration.They had an expediter at the counter, so that the barista could focus on making their drinks which really helped the flow between the walk-ins and mobile order because there was a lot of drinks. Not only did the expediter helped out the flow it answers any questions guests may have without feeling likely had to wait for the busy staff to get their answers.Super busy corner, calming relax vibe any experience, less jittery and more energetic as your sip your drink.Thank you!

BUYER BEWARE! Especially if your Barista is ERIC and you mention you have chocolate curls on top of your dairy free drink. He will literally catch a tizzy and sling the sugar container toward your direction on the counter... while stating " you HAVE to mention that you don't want that on there... it literally comes on your drink" I have never had it made like that before...use be a new addition since it is now considered a "holiday drink" I stood in disbelief... for a hot second... shock written on my face and his coworker asked what was up. I relayed the issue.. she stated that she could have it remade... I just wanted a spoon to scrape it off because I didn't want Eric to make my drink again.. especially after the fit he threw.

I love my mango dragon fruit refresher. One of my favorite drinks at Starbucks. I am more of a fruity drink kind of girl but I enjoy coffee too every now and then. This location is located inside the mall near the food court side. Definitely not busy on a week day. I like coming here. A venti mango dragon fruit refresher costs me around 5 dollars and some change. It was a nice treat for me as I don't spoil myself here but I walked around the mall thirsty. Employees were descent. The cashier was friendly. I would come back again but when it's not so busy. They can get busy on weekends and certain times. It wasn't quite busy in the morning on a week day.

Finally got the frozen strawberry açaí lemonade! I was excited to try this drink because I love the strawberry açaí lemonade. The frozen version is good too, but it melts too fast. The service is good for people like me who like to get in and get out. I ordered my drink through the mobile app, and my drink was ready by the time I got there.

Used up some stars before the prices for the baked goods doubled and the service was fast and accurate. They were busy but efficient, and my family and I enjoyed the pastries and tea. Great service with a smile!
