My recent visit to Teddy's Burgers was an exceptional experience! The food was absolutely delicious. I went with my family, and we were all impressed. My little ones ordered the grilled cheese, which was fantastic, and my wife had the Volcano Burger—it was so good, she finished it all! I enjoyed the Kilauea Burger, and it was nothing short of amazing. The flavors were incredible, and everything was cooked to perfection. I highly recommend Teddy's Burgers and will definitely be returning for more!

THERE WAS A FLY IN MY FOOD. Absolutely disgusting, definitely wont be eating there again. Clean your kitchen and set your cleaning standards higher this is ridiculous.

Honestly these are some of the best burgers I've ever had - and I mean anywhere. They're flavorful, juicy, large, and the toppings are perfect. The place is a little pricey, but the quality is unmatched. I've eaton here five or six times since moving to Aiea, and haven't had a bad experience yet.

Absolutely ridiculous. My coworkers and I decided to get takeout for lunch today (07/19/24). It was a bigger order with about 10 people and cost me $230. When we received the food and opened the packages we noticed that over half of the orders were wrong. Not only did we have wrong orders but the guy/girl who took my order made multiple mistakes despite reading the order back to me perfectly over the phone. 3 Bacados had no avocado, how does that even happen? We had 2 Kaneohe burgers, one with avocado one without a single trace. We also had a missing order of umami fries and a missing order of onion rings. I asked for 8 cups of extra sauce, only got charged for 1, and I didn't even get the ONE CUP I was charged for. I went back to fix the orders and they wouldn't make any new food. They tried to put me on the "comp log" for when I came back but I sure as hell aint coming back after today. They ended up giving me a refund but only gave me the money for 2 of the 4 wrong burgers. Then when I asked about the other 2 wrong orders he refunded me again but only for 1 of the 2. By then I was over my experience, took my money and walked out. My food was made in 20 minutes which is normally a good thing however when it causes such a drastic drop in quality I'd rather you just take your time. There were only 3 tables dining in so being busy isn't a possible excuse. Between all the incompetence, stupidity, shady refunding, and overall poor quality of the food, its safe to say that none of us will ever be returning.
