The food is always good. Our favorites are the fried chicken, lao sausage, and cashew nut chicken. Sometimes, there's only one server, but they are very polite and efficient and not the kind that get grumpy because they're the only one on the floor.

This place is legit. I've been so disappointed with Thai food lately. I prefer curries to be creamy and not watery. I prefer tofu to be the more flavorful fried tofu and I definitely want everything homemade. Last Thai place I went to the spring rolls were soooo lame. Obviously frozen store bought. Spring rolls here are great. Clearly made in house and served with abundant veggies. The curry was really excellent. Flavorful and creamy. Tofu broccoli was cooked perfectly where broccoli wasn't mushy and still had texture. The pad Thai was great. Had that little bit of high temperature wok sear on it that I look for. Prices aren't ridiculous. Too bad this place isn't in town.

Still one of my favorite places to go because of the Mee Ga Tee. I have not found another place that has it. Personally I like Waipio’s the best but will eat it at any location. What is it? Do you feel like pho? But you also feel like yellow curry? Enter Mee Ga Tee! It will take care of both cravings in one swoop.Love it with the seafood. They also make great stuffed chicken wings (& I don’t eat chicken wings), fried fish & fried veggies are just some of my other faves. This place does get crowded so be careful about when you want to go. But most weekdays they got room!

So delicious! We got the yellow curry and evil curry (yellow base with spice maybe?) and both were fantastic. Full of flavor and good price. Staff was super nice, atmosphere is ok. The menu is ENORMOUS so there's plenty you choose from. Wish I had gotten the Laotian sausage to go... Oh

I ordered take out from this restaurant tonight which came highly recommended from my friend. It did not disappoint. The two young adults that were at the front, were so sweet, and helpful. They made me feel so welcomed. I can’t wait to dine in with my family. The Lao Sausage flavors were amazing. We also ordered Lao Curry with chicken, Thai fried rice with shrimp, spring rolls, and the cucumber salad. I definitely will be ordering again.

The food is really good but their fried chicken was covered in feathers! So gross! We couldn't even pull them off! They were everywhere!

Always always a pleasure to go there. From their Kalihi to Waimalu location, there is no difference in food, atmosphere or service. Both is 100%. The owner puts the cherry on top, she is also on the service line?

Did a phone order yesterday and went to go pick up my food. Got home and the food was bleh! It was packed in a plastic container and food tasted like it came out the fridge and microwaved. Part of my food was cold and the other half was "warm". Seems microwaved to me. Noodles were all stuck together while there was grease all at the bottom. First and last time coming here for "Thai Food".

Take out was fast. Convenient restaurant to access. Everything was great tasting. Love the summer rolls and green papaya salad.

Still one of my favorite Thai restaurants. Just wanted to update my review (STILL AT 5 STARS FOR ME) because I tried a new dish that completely blew me away. Curry pad thai...talk about bringing two dishes together to make one terrific dish! This is my new GO-TO at Thai Village and not something I've seen at other Thai restaurants. It's a step up from your regular pad thai and gives it a little kick with the curry flavoring. While the pricing may be a little higher than other Thai restaurants, everything I get from here is always top notch. You get quality with your food. I've also recently tried the calamari. I don't recommend getting it for take out because it's probably better eaten fresh. While it still tastes good as take out, it loses its crunchiness by the time you open it up at home. I do not recommend the cashew chicken. My boyfriend really wanted to try it, but I did not find it to my liking at all. Not a whole lot of flavor and it's quite liquidy. Pass. Thai tea is still a winner here. I always add it on to my order when I come here.

The food here is delicious! We usually go to the Thai village in Waipio but this time we decided to try this place & dined in for dinner time, it wasn't too busy so we were able to be seated right away. Their were a lot of art around inside of the restaurant it was a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy our time the music wasn't too loud so you can actually have a conversation, customer service was awesome the waiters were very friendly they always made sure our waters are filled when it was about to run out while occasionally checking in if we needed anything. We ordered the spring rolls, Panang curry, sticky rice, Thai tea & pho it was gone by the end. If your in the mood for Thai food give this place a try.

Not sure if you read my first review but I'm on a Thai food kick (no it's not a pregnancy kind of thing). On a mission to find the best noodle and curry this side of the way. Thai Village Waimalu is on the Safeway end of the shopping center with plenty of parking. They have a good sized restaurant with plenty of space to sit down. I picked up at 4pm on a holiday and it wasn't packed yet. The fam ordered lookfun noodles with chicken, pad thai with beef, and a yellow curry with veggies. Everything was delish. Noting the pad thai and lookfun had a similar special sauce. It was like an elevated tangy sweet and sour. Yellow curry was good. Giant carrot potatoes, and onions, oh my! They're open everyday in case you need a fix! Super nice staff and easy phone ordering!

Food was fast, convenient, and tastes so good! I got Pad thai noodles and spring roles. The young man at the restaurant made me laugh while waiting. You can order to go or eat in. Coming back for more.
