Absolutely my favorite place to eat on Oahu, but it does get loud when the bowling alley is full of bowlers. Tasty chicken, oxtail soup, and pumpkin crunch cake are my faves here.

The food is super yummy! We ordered the catch of the day, tasty chicken and oxtail soup. The only comment is the environment. It would be great if they separate the bowling to the dine-in.

The Alley Restaurant at Aiea Bowl is just super amazing. You might think it’s just a bowling alley but you’d be surprised. It’s more than a restaurant in a bowling alley it’s one of the best restaurants in Aiea or maybe even the island. First of all they serve many local favorites such as ox tail soup and plate lunch items. I personally love the tasty chicken which is fried chicken that is fire. It has a sweet, garlicky, shoyu taste which compliments the nice crispy moist chicken. Service is excellent and food always comes out quick and made to order. This is a place I highly recommend and enjoy.

Looked like a busy night, place closes at 9pm. I walked in at 8:17pm and stood at the host counter for 7 minutes when finally someone comes up to tell me me they stop taking tables because if it's a slow night they close 8:30 or earlier. Surveying the place, most of the tables were taken(not slow at all) and there were a couple of available tables of which I could have been seated as it was only my wife and I. Bottom line, turned away before closing due to subjective reasoning while still serving food to other tables.... Your customer service has ZERO ALOHA!

Casual dining spot as it is located inside a bowling alley. So the atmosphere is loud. Not your typical bowling alley food that you would expect. Had to try the featured oxtail soup. Broth was beefy, rich and savory. Oxtail was tender but it had really fatty pieces. For 26$ that was disappointing. Kalbi and furikake ahi were okay. Parking was a little difficult.

We ordered takeout from The Alley for a pizza date night, and while the food tasted great, there was a mix-up with our order. My husband picked it up, and by the time we opened the box at home, we realized it wasn’t what we ordered. It was too late to fix, so we just went with it and thankfully, it was still really good.
The food itself deserves 5 stars, but the order mistake knocked the overall experience down a bit. Service could be more careful, especially with takeout. That said, we’ve enjoyed the atmosphere when dining in before. Fun, local, and welcoming. We’ll definitely give it another shot, just hoping for the right order next time!

The tasty chix too sweet for my taste. The Mahi Mahi was great without furikake n Thai sauce - had it with lemon n tarter sauce.
Need to change that carpet at entrance; must be at least 30 yrs old n dirty.

We came here Saturday for dinner on Memorial day weekend. We were immediately seated. Server was very nice but they were out of so much food especially for a kid to enjoy. Also only had a few beers available. It was difficult having to remember what they were out of when trying to decide on what to eat. We were recommended to eat the tasty chicken which was very good! We were able to try the lemon crunch since strawberry was out. It was amazing. I would call and see when is the best time to eat here to make sure you have the full menu.

No frills space with great food and service in a bowling alley. Grab their chopped salad and don't miss out on their desserts. And after that, grab a lane and play bowling!!!
Oxtail soup is very tasty
Real local the food
