Authentic flavors and great service!! I personally think the ice cream taste better than Baskins. Kulolo and haupia are my favorites, other great options to choose from and kid friendly flavors too!!!

I've been here a few times. Never had any issues with customer service. Workers have always been friendly and helpful. Tried several samples without them complaining. Prices may be a little expensive but their ice cream is so creamy. Not much area to sit inside. There's plenty of parking with a handicap ramp as well.

terrible customer experience… the tall girl or I think it’s a guy, is the manager of that place had so much attitude! She or he always looked mad and would slam the cups onto the counter.. should’ve went somewhere else for better ice cream never again save your money people!!!

Dave, not sure who you had working this Friday but the service was absolutely horrible. We came because we saw the ratings but when we arrived the woman who was working there was less than hospitable. She spent more time screw facing me and my family than greeting us when we came in the door. My wife even said hi 👋 to her and she glared at us as if she wanted to fight. I wanted to know what the problem was but I instead opted just to leave. Sorry, I am not a tourist but when people talk about horrible experiences in Hawaii I didn't expect to have that at your shop. Can't recommend at all to my coworkers.

Ice floats, shaved ice, Halo halo, different flavors of Ice Cream were great. Practically tried most flavors at different visits. My favorite Strawberry Icee float with Ube ice cream

The ice cream is not creamy at all, and the flavors, well, they lack flavor. It also depends on who you get scooping on whether you get a good amount or not. There was a decent variety of flavors. There are not many places to sit inside and none outside.
