Drive thru ordered a baconator meal one patty was over cooked the other was raw

My friends and I were eating inside and we got yelled at about where our car was. My friend moved his car and we were waiting on our frostys. We went up front and the lady said “Can I help you?” and so i said we were waiting on two frostys. She gave them to us and she was the one who yelled at us. I asked her “may i ask what the problem was with us parked there?” and she said “because you took up two parking spaces” which one - we barley did two - the lines are so faded you can barley see it. Fix the parking lot. My friend apologized because she was driving and couldn’t see it. There was no reason for her yelling at us over how our car was parked. I told my friend i’m not sorry for it and called the lady rude. Which the lady started screaming a bunch of nonsense as I walked out. Yes, we parked wrong, but no need to yell at your customers. I will not be coming back to this wendy’s and will be filing a complaint to corporate.

I had a really disappointing experience at Wendy’s recently. From the moment we pulled into the drive-thru, it felt like we were being rushed out — it seemed like the staff was more concerned with keeping their drive-thru time down than making sure our order was right. Ironically, the service inside the window was actually pretty slow, so the rush didn’t even make sense.
To make matters worse, we had issues with our order. Some of the Frostys were the wrong flavor — I ordered brownie batter and was given Oreo cookie instead. Also, my dad asked for a *large* water, but they handed him a tiny cup. When we asked for the receipt to check if we were even charged correctly, they told us the printer was broken. Convenient.
On top of all that, the manager was openly yelling at employees in front of customers, which just made the whole atmosphere really uncomfortable. That kind of thing should be handled behind the scenes.
To be fair, the manager did upgrade two of our drinks to large, which we appreciated — but overall, the experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and not what I expect from a brand like Wendy's.

Wendys used to be one of my favorite fast food restaurants but this location is one of the worst I've experience. The food is still pretty good but the service is not so great, particularly inside at the counter. They almost always mess up my order and the pepsi is always flat. Drive thru service is usually ok but the parking and drive thru layout is insufficient and inefficient and I see confused drivers driving the wrong way all the time.
Added back a star as the recent service has been better and the frostys are still delish.

Fast service and generally not crowded
Used the drive-thru. Usual fast food vibes. You get the price at the ordering kiosk and the window. The clerk shares pricing at second window. Narrow driveway. There are two ways to enter the parking lot, one section is one way, so be careful. Small area(s) for parking. This one is more of a drive thru convenience than a park and eat. Nothing special, nothing terrible. It is just. Grab your food and jump back on your way.

No military discount even though it’s industry standard for Wendy’s franchise. Go to jack in the box, they have military/first responder discount down the street. Hawaii franchises don’t seem to like America or military personnel.

Do not go to Wendy Aiea the staff is very un perfeshional . And if they mess up your order they will not fix it. They will tell you to call corporate wendys to make a complaint. They also do not answer there phones so they can correct there mistake.

We moved to the area last year, and we've ate here about 4-5 times and we've gotten sick from the food every other time. CS is fine. But food handling may be questionable.
