We got the apple pie. A far cry from the best or even great apple pie that I’ve ever had in my life, but if raw vegan is your thing and you’ve acquired those tastes, you’d probably love it. Bill was around $11 for a tiny slice, which isn’t surprising given the specialty food category and location, but it didn’t help this review!
I met the owner while Tatiana was making Kombucha for her food venue. Tatiana and her husband are a young couple that have the yummiest recipes. I look forward to trying everything. Super tasty and satisfying!
We came to kauai especially to eat at Mandala living foods. We had high expectations and these were more than fulfilled. We tried the island burger, burrito, lasagna and dessert, as well as smoothies. The whole family was delighted with the taste and quality of the food. My personal favorite was the lasagna. The Mandala living foods team is very nice and attentive. We can all wholeheartedly recommend a visit to Micah Skye and his team.
