“This is my second time visiting Anahola Cafe. I enjoyed myself on both visits. The staff are wonderful and friendly. Everyone you meet here will greet you with Aloha and a smile. The food and drink are amazing and delicious. The prices are a lot cheaper than anywhere else on Kauai. I was able to use their Wi-Fi and charge my phone while completing my online search. The place is clean, so the bathrooms, and there is plenty of parking on site. I will recommend this place to friends and family.”

“Delicious burgers. Great people working there and the food is awesome. The burgers were all great. Fries aren't really worth it IMO. Under seasoned and just plain. The shakes are awesome. Be prepared to wait. Food takes quite a while to be made. Staff is friendly. But it'll take a lot longer than you think for the food to be ready

“One of our favorite places to visit on Kauai was Nanea Coffee! The owner Mason and the environment he has created manifest the aloha spirit - welcoming, friendly, warm and spiritual. If you’re in the north shore of Kauai we HIGHLY recommend visiting this place. We went every day - except on Sunday when they were closed. Besides the beautiful location - the coffee, chai and baked goods were so delicious!”

“Super fun Luau. The area is very beautiful and kept up. My husband and I just booked the tickets for the luau which were decently priced, so just know you do not have to do the supper, and can just attend the luau if you want which is much less expensive. Definitely recommend, especially if you've never been to a luau on any of the islands before”

“Fabulous parked Food Truck located in Kapaa! The Truck is located in the middle of shopping and tents, which makes it a prime location to have a lot of fun. We ordered the fish tacos, chicken tacos, and homemade hibiscus juice. They have covered picnic tables that have some overgrown plants, which makes it cool and fun to sit under. The owner hand makes the tortillas, and you can tell. The flavor of the tacos and tortillas are so fresh and delicious. If you are looking to do some shopping and have lunch, stop here! If you are in the mood for authentic mexican food, stop here. If you are looking for some friendly natives, talk to the workers, they are kind, talented, and know good food!!”

They aren’t overly sweet but the flavor is to die for and they were so soft and moist!
We had two custom cakes made; a chocolate cake with mocha and banana and a vanilla cake with lilikoi.
I would do anything to have some of these cakes in front of me in Florida right now!”

“We have been going to Monicos for a lot of years, I remember when they were in kinipopo shopping center. we live in Los Angeles and travel the world, we love Mexico and the foods they make and I love carnitas. When we went to Monico's everything changed, they have the best carnitas in the world and not to say all the other food is great ( we've tried just about all of it.) “Absolutely MUST go restaurant! The food was fantastic - tastes just like authentic food from India. The owner and servers were incredibly nice and service was top-notch. We were so happy with our dinner here, some of our party said it was the highlight of the trip to Kauai. They were so accommodating to our Jain diet (no onion, no garlic, etc.) and we felt right at home. Hope to come again soon :)”
