“Amazing views, delicious, clean food and relaxing atmosphere. We came twice and when it was busy, we had to wait for parking but not long. My kids have allergies and they were able to look up ingredients easily and were so kind about it. My kids liked that they had keiki bowls so they didn’t have to share one haha. They enjoyed having their own. We will definitely be back on future trips!”

“Incredible food and good portions at a great price. I had the shrimp stir fry and it was cooked perfectly. Tons of fresh, crisp vegetables with just the right about of flavor. We also got the Seared Ahi plate and a Cheeseburger and they were delicious as well. Best Mac salad that I have had in Kauai this trip. We will definitely be coming back before we leave town!”

“After a great experience last year at Welina Terrace, we decided to come back this time to celebrate our intimate engagement and we were blown away yet again by the quality of food and atmosphere here. the karaage, hamachi collar, and black sesame mochi cake (I don’t normally like desserts) were AMAZING. Drinks are 10/10, you can’t go wrong with any of the options I think but the Kauai tai and from the grounds up are some of my favorite drinks I’ve ever had. We stay in princeville every time we visit and though the food options here are less than other parts of the island, we feel Welina terrace is a must when here for the views alone. We were also lucky enough to get the same server on both occasions and he made the experience even more special, shoutout to Chance!”

“Great place for saved ice on the island of Kauai. The service was amazing. These ladies are so nice and patient. Tried the coconut cream on top which I’ve never had before. It was shaved ice and it was really good. Stop by and try out this local small business and get some refreshing saved ice.”

It is within a resort so it is very fancy and a little corporate looking with the design, but VERY well done. Good option for coffee!”

“Bar Acuda is a must when we come to Kauai each summer. The main problem is getting reservations. You must log in 30 days in advance @ 3pm HST. You have to try within 5-10 minutes in order to score a reservation. Otherwise, you can get notified if a spot opens. Or you can go around 4:30-5 in person & try for walk-in spots. Not sure how easy it is to get a table by walking in.
A tapas restaurant that uses local ingredients, it is consistently excellent. We have basically covered the entire menu over the years. Our favorites include the cucumber salad, broccoli w/ burrata, lamb riblets, Kauai shrimp & the lentils. You really can’t go wrong. The lilikoi cheesecake is light & creamy & a must have. The lemon crumble ice cream with pistachios is refreshing.
Highly recommend Bar Acuda as a quality restaurant.”

“Came during the farmer’s market. Needed something hearty and good for breakfast. Got the Farmhouse Breakfast Burrito and it was amazing! The mole had a ton of flavor and everything was cooked well. Great value for the amount of food, too! If we venture back to the Garden Island, we will be sure to get our big breakfast here”
