Haupia Special is the best thing I've ever tasted. Can't wait to go back to Kauai. I went to the Coconut marketplace on the west side, but I'm sure the other 2 are just as good. Best of all, JoJo's gives all of its profits to fund free camps for Hawaiian youth who would otherwise not have the opportunity to experience such a camp. This camp enables children with few opportunities to have a free holiday in a tropical environment and to experience God's love and the love of others.
We stopped at JoJo's on the way back from Waimea Canyon, and I'm so glad we did. We ordered the rainbow and coconut pineapple shave ice. The portions were huge, and the shave ice was amazing! Definitely a must-do in Kauai.

We loved their shaved ice but at this location they take too long to serve you. My husband ended up having to throw away half our ice as they took so long, we didn't have time to finish it because our tour bus was leaving and we couldn't take it on board. Our tour guide told us about the other location in Kapaa where were staying so we had a do over later.
