Went to hukilau for 37th wedding anniversary. Oct 15. Was dying for prime rib. Didn’t care about price I wanted Prime rib so so bad. All we get here on Kauai is choice. There is no fat in the meat no marbling and you can’t cut it with a fork. You have to slice every bite. That is choice. And if you’re good with that. Then the rib is great. It was cooked perfectly. But I wanted the prime rib.

We enjoyed tasty cocktails, Wally’s salad with divine papaya seed dressing, and steaks cooked to perfection. After dinner coffee and desserts were also delicious!
