We usually stop at this market place to see what's happening and this BBQ pop up did not disappoint. Ribs and chicken were amazing and portions were huge. Those half chickens are serious! Juicy and tasty and sauces were a perfect match. Chicken sauce was a creamy pineapple which complimented the smokiness of the chicken perfectly. We got 2 plates and 2 meat only which was plenty for 5 adults with lots of leftovers.
We went to the Anahola marketplace location. This was one of our best (and cheapest) meals on Kauai. We ordered the Huli Huli chicken and the ribs. The portion sizes are massive. Both the chicken and ribs were amazing. The chicken was some of the best we have ever had (anywhere, not just on the island)- great flavor and moist. We will definitely be returning next time we visit Kauai!
What a find. It's my goal to find huli chicken on each island and have I found it at Richie's. Read their description to find where they will be or give them a call. It was my favorite meal on the island!
