Lovely couple owns and works this farm and makes the Best Coffee Beans and Coffee I’ve ever had! Love to get it for home, and gifts!
I tried Domain's Almost Dark Roast and really enjoyed it. As a former commercial coffee roaster, I was impressed. I found it to be mellow, but far from boring. No bitterness and just enough gentle acidiy, for which Kona is known, that was accompanied by a just a trace of aromatic fruit. My go-to roast style tends to be a little darker (~mid-second crack in roaster parlance), so I'm looking forward to trying their dark roast.
