“We ate here several times during our stay in kona , food is fresh and great , one of the best options at big island . They also have great opening hours and online service . Portions were big . We would perhaps appreciate just bit more variety and fresh veggies less crisps and salt otherwise great restaurant. We also tried smoothies which were delicious . Guys at restaurant are very sympathetic .Place has a free parking and it’s quiet . We 100 pour-cent recommend .“

“Excellent coffee and latte, excellent smoothie, excellent paninis. The pickles on the side were delicious. A little expensive, but pretty comparable pricing to everything else in Kona. Other places we ate were just as expensive and a little disappointing, Hungry Honu was not at all disappointing. Among all three sandwich and drink selections in our party, all were excellent.“

“Acai taste really great, and the fruits on top are very fresh and tasty. But be careful with the parking sign of this plaza, even though the sign says that it is OK for customer of the store to park here for free, I still get a 55 dollars ticket for not paying for the parking(I just parked there for at most for 20 minutes), so as many of the cars near by.But you can give the ticket to the employee in the store and they can take care of it.Parking: Parking ticket“

“The cutest fruit stand with exotic fruit for cheap, friendly workers, and a nice seating area with a view. Saw this fruit stand on the side of the road as we were travelling back and forth from Captain Cook. Wanted to stop by and see what kind of fruit they had. We ended up picking up rambutan, papaya, apple banana, ugli fruit, and these cherries that were almost bell pepper-like. The cashier was super sweet and helpful as we browsed and shopped. Didnt get to try their fresh smoothies but I bet those were delicious too.“
