Great food and staff so very attentive and sweet.

We have had breakfast here so many times. We have always enjoyed our visit. The service is good, the food has always been good. I even call ahead to get something ready for a quick bite to go. This is a hidden gem. We tell visitors to go check them out.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
The food here is terrible! I ordered an omelet. It was watered down. It had some sauce on it that made it taste even worse. It tasted like frozen box food from A Grocery Store. We ordered coffee and water. Our coffee showed up with no water. We politely asked for our water. After 10 minutes, still no water. Finally got it but not until she brought us our food. At that point we needed more coffee and asked for a refill. 15 minutes or so went by. No refill. I went up to the counter and asked for a refill. She said oh sorry. Then it was finally brought out. Don't waste you money here. It is VERY expensive for the food you get. I took two bites and left my food there on the table. Check their GOOGLE reviews. Everyone says the same thing about everything being watered down. The staff have attitudes etc. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!

My hubby goes here ALoT and loves the biscuits and gravy. He brings me leftovers and they are still delicious.

The worst loco moco on the big island just a salty charcoal cigarette ash tasting abomination tried it 3 time guess I’m insane for giving that many chances but first time just a little salty second time it’s salty but ok and slightly charred third just so bad I think the cook smokes cigarettes and cooks at the same time

This is by far our favorite breakfast place on the entire island. The view is amazing. The staff is fantastic. The food and coffee are the best that you can find! Each time we come back we buy extra beans just to take home a taste of menehune❤️

Left after waiting for 30 mins because nobody cared to come to our table to offer a glass of water or take our order. My wife, son and I drove out of our way to come here reading the amazing reviews with the hopes of experiencing some local classics. I asked multiple times to have someone take our order but nope. I could have understood if they were short-staffed but people who arrived and got seated later than us got served. My 16-month old kid was hungry and getting restless and so we decided to leave after half an hour. Very disappointed to say the least.

The food here was pretty good with decent portions. They didn’t have fish or POG juice which was disappointing. We sat outside and the service was not great. We got our food but that’s about it. It’s makes for a good meal but I wouldn’t go out of my way for it.

Food is iced and one may highly suppose this food is just taken out from refrigerator and delivered to you a few minutes later. Some flies. We were then told all food is frozen.

The açaí bowl comes solid frozen ; the mango smoothie tastes like pure ice+sugar; the loco moco costs around 20$ but worths 6$; the coffee is okay; the lady cashier is unhappy today.
However, if you enjoy dinning with flies dancing around, this is the right place!!!

Came a few times and I have mixed emotions.

Got breakfast the other day and everything was cold. It was busy so I let it go. Went back today and got home and they had gotten my order wrong. It’s not cheap to go to coffee shops now days so it’s disappointing.
