Stumbled upon this hidden gem coffee farm during our weekend in Kona. Boy were we lucky to have a private tour of the coffee farm, learn about the processing of coffee beans, and the history of the coffee farm. Erik was so knowledgeable and passionate about coffee! We bought as much coffee beans as we could here because of its organic processing of 100% Kona coffee beans. Yes, 100% Kona coffee beans!!!! Spent some time yesterday with Misha, he showed us his facilities, educated us on coffee farming, the whole process from flower to roasted bean, spoke about Kona coffee, it's origins and differences. Misha spent 18 years traveling/sailing the world on his yawl, and spent 4 years in my home country, Greece, and he remembered his Greek well! The coffee smells intoxicating, can't wait to get back home and put it in my grinder! Thanks Misha, Nikos & France.
