Two friends and I dropped by this beautiful little shop after visiting Puʻuhonua o Hōnaunau National Historical Park. We were looking for ice cream (which they do not sell), but instead got a couple of delicious smoothies plus a chocolate dipped frozen banana on a stick. All 3 were delicious! Very happy, friendly, attentive blonde woman was running the shop. We recommend you stop in to the shop if in the area!
Wonderful smoothies, and a beautiful outdoor seating area. Fun goodies like cookies and cake as well. A great place to stop after snorkeling at 2-Step or on the way home from Volcano National Park.
Every time we’re on the Big Island, we now make it a point to stop at the South Kona Fruit Stand — and it never disappoints. It’s one of those places that feels like a true local treasure. Everything is fresh, colorful, and full of flavor. The white pineapple, papaya, and mango are always perfect, and the smoothies are honestly some of the best I’ve ever had.
