Worst McDonalds. Making its customers use the self-serve counter service as they dont want to take people’s order themselves. Food was ok, but no ketchup offered. I had to go back at the counter to ask for it, but took a few minutes because nobody works at the counter. I then had to go back at the counter after to ask to have the restroom door open, but that also took a few minutes as there was nobody at the counter. There was also a few sanitizing dispensers, all empty. Worst McDonalds I experienced.

wrong order, took a long time, and was given a medium drink when i ordered a large, and all i got was an apology, no refund. normally wouldn't be a big deal but they had their fountain closed off with a no refills sign.

rarely gets my boyfriend's orders right. we've had multiple occasions on which he asks them directly if that's everything before we pull away, gets told yes, and then we get home and discover that no, two or three things are missing. how??? anyway they never mess up MY orders so love y'all!! other than that, it's a mcdonalds. nothin special

This is possibly the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I went up to the counter and a sign said to order from the big screen kiosks. Fine, I get that they're busy. Then I try to order on the kiosk but the card machine isn't working. After erroring out a couple times, it spits out a receipt and tells us to pay at the counter. Okay? So we wait at the counter for an employee to come help us, and no one so much as glances at us. The dining room was pretty quiet and the drive through was mildly busy, yet all the employees are running around in the kitchen like they're slammed. A few employees rush in and out of the kitchen to take food outside. THEN, a woman comes in complaining how she waited for her order for over 20 minutes and her food is soggy and fries cold. THEY BARELY ACKNOWLEDGED HER. We thought it over and ended up walking out shortly after that. We won't be coming back again unless absolutely necessary on drives.

We come here every time we’re on Kauai. It’s on the corner of the intersection and the drive thru is tight. The staff is nice.

Giving 3 stars because the portions are random (like my breakfast platter had less rice than my sister in law’s plate, but more than my brothers…) and the food sometimes it’s not freshly made to the point where it’s kind of a waste of money. I have a high standard for McDonald’s fries and sometimes you’ll get the old batch. To me cold fries are an automatic minus 1 whole star. Also, the caramel iced coffee isn’t good. I’d get the frappe instead if you’re wanting iced coffee.

I got a deluxe mcrispy, it came with nothing but the bun, patty, lettuce, when I tried to get pickles and tomatoes like it advertises, they handed back and said there was none, zero refund even though I paid for the deluxe mcrispy, they didn’t even offer any solution. No refills and they didn’t even fill my large drink to the top, Lastly it’s one of those places that requires a key ? for the restroom

Happens quite often and I’m not happy about the back and forths.
Normally I’d check it over before leaving to confirm, but that is next to impossible with a big order in a small car as this was.
Really hoping for more quality insurance to take root to avoid these types of hassles and headaches down the line, cause I for one don’t have the time to go all the way back to pick up forgotten items that I paid for.

The Men's restroom is closed requiring a key, however, they do not give you a key, instead escorting you to the bathroom. No refills on soda. Not clean. Manager was rude. Despite telling them the order was for here, they packed all our food to-go. They also gave us tents for the table, however, made us pick up our own food with totally different order numbers.
