A great stop while exploring the south side of Kauai! We had a wonderful experience at this location. The Food: Veggie Friendly: I was happy to find that they actually had veggie options in stock (which isn't always the case everywhere). Quality: The staff took the time to heat the veggie patty perfectly—it wasn't cold in the middle or overdone. They also packed everything neatly for us to take on the go. The Service: The staff was fantastic. Even though it's a busy area, they didn't rush us through our order and were very patient and friendly. Parking & Location: Parking directly in front can be a little difficult to find during peak times, but there are usually plenty of spots available if you look around the surrounding shops in the plaza. Overall: A clean, friendly, and well-stocked Subway. Perfect if you need a quick, fresh meal before heading to Waimea Canyon or the beaches!

Hardly ever open, they don't use the app and of course, they run out of bread options. Best to skip this place. They do have friendly staff though. Just go to the Lihue store.

This subway should just close. Always closed before short staffed. Been going on sine 2017. If you haven't figured out how to hire known people, you shouldn't be in business.

If the restaurants hours aren’t ridiculous enough then the food quality is. Got the new pepperoni roll ups for my kids and they hardly had anything in them! A total of two pepperonis and if lucky a tablespoon of worth of cheese.

Ur hours operation is ridiculous... Does it make sense to only stay open from 9am till 930am most days? U guys make no sense at all. No sense be open at all if ur only going to be open for 30mins on most days. ?

I stopped to get what I normally get on the mainland only to find they do not serve that here. I was able to find something, but it wasn’t my usual. Kinda bummed.
