Good customer service,

Employees there are nice n friendly there. Usually buy sandwiches when Subway has it discounted from notifications from emails or newspapers.Very convenient when I order it on-line because it saves time having to STANDING IN LINE or ordering in-store.

i'm packing downstairs and they don't know what 6 inches really is. They cut my sandwich to 5 inches To make sure it was 6 inches I went home and measured.

not the best sandwich place, but the pricing isn't too bad. I am a bit on the heavier side and the place is very tiny, which made it hard to move. Service was okay, employees did not seem like they were very interested.

Change your closing time, I’ve came 2 days in a row at 630pm which your time says 7pm

You have lost my business, you should really have better trained staff, I have ordered lunch here every day for the last month, and not once has my sandwich been as i ordered, but I am patient and gave it another shot for my daughters daughter's graduation party, we tried to order online and it would not accept any of my cards, I just used one at the grocery, I called the waimea store they accepted my order and gave me onlibe discount, pkus got a 100$ tip to boot, I you all must be doing brisk business now with lock down, I will be advising all of my friends and family to go to waimea store from now on.

A rip off. Offer salads instead of bread but give half of the fixings that go into a sandwich for the same price. Go to Waimea Subway instead for a fair deal.
I don't know what it is I've been there a bunch of times staff is friendly but bread doesn't taste fresh and only one table

Came here last week to grab a quick lunch. I don't come to this location often anymore but I just had the worst service from them that day. Not welcoming, both workers working the front didn't seem like they wanted to be be there. The woman making my sandwich was doing it without any effort, or didn't care . When I asked her to put more olives into the sandwich, she literally just added like 5 slices to it! I paid for my food, I said thank you, and she didn't say a word to me while ringing me up. Not sure if I'll be going back anytime soon. I hope management sees this so they can address their customer service issue.
