This place is awesome....especially eat all you can....it is really worth the money....food is delicious and fresh the cuts are thick and portion are perfect....otoro is worth it...the rolls and nigiri are so delicious...recommend aburagi nigiri hamachi so ono....

Small place. Delicious sushi, not bad price for all you can eat. Place everything on that first order otherwise it’s slow service after. Teriyaki chicken was delicious!

Bad taste

They need to pay attention to the orders and not have the customer wait 30 min before checking on them to see if they got everything that was order. We were not impressed with this “All you can eat Sushi”. Bad service!!

I don't think 3 stars should be considered bad, I think there is a lot of potential for Ahi and Vegetable in Ewa Beach.

My repetitive return to this place is a sign of my enjoyment, but Poke in general isn't cheap which is why I go here when I'm in the area and specifically want an Ahi/Hamachi salad bowl. I haven't found other things to love just yet.

Been here a solid four times, and tried the all you can eat once. I personally enjoy the Sashimi more than the Poke, the spicy Ahi here is tasty but has a subtle hint of Wasabi in it (not to keen on Wasabi at the moment but working towards enjoying the taste) so I stopped ordering the spicy ahi. Those who love that blend will absolutely enjoy their spicy ahi poke.

The service was kind, with the cashier tending to you if you're dining in. They use to have a call button but in my recent visit, that feature isn't available anymore. The workers are definitely easy to get a hold of and you can always walk up to the counter if you're in need.

If you're looking to beat the wait times of Genki and have a more personable service, Ahi and Vegetable is a contender! Give them a try while you're in the area.

Fish is incredibly fresh, and the servings are very generous. Be prepared to wait for a table. I recommend going earlier in the day so there are fewer people. Their all you can eat goes from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.. I recommend getting the smaller items first so you can try a variety of things and not get completely full. If you don't finish what you order, they will charge you the full price. I love this place. We probably go at least once a month.

This is one of my favorite AYCE places on the island and it's relatively cheap too. I love the Aburi sushis and the Hamachi Kama but they have lots of other items to try. The service is friendly and prompt. Great place!

ordered take out of Special of the day ~ fried ahi coated w/ sesame seeds & a mayo dressing (description on white board sounded way Better ?). turned out to be an an ahi bowl w/ sushi rice, kim chee & watercress.
took a little while to prepare but it was WELL WORTH THE WAIT ?‼️ (the bowl was heavy ?)
found out why at home. only ate 1 of the 2 nice size pieces ahi, some rice, & all the veggies ? was ONO‼️& have enuf for another meal.
price seemed high but didn't mind - good food, good service & they were 1 of 3 places got broken into ?
will go back to Ewa Ahi & Vegetable ??
