Food was good, service was poor, not attentive. We had to get up several times just to get water refills and ask for coffee. We were given our check 45 minutes ahead of time. We were told by the server that they just wanted to get it out of the way. Another server while picking up the dishes was scraping the food off the dishes in front of us instead of just picking it up and bring it to the kitchen. The serving staff seemed untrained and lack proper dining etiquette. They were serving all the tables around us and making small talk but never stopped by our table or asked if we needed anything. We normally enjoy our Sunday brunch at Bird of Paradise, but after this experience, we will not be back anytime soon.

Service was friendly and efficient! Food was beautiful - some dishes were really superb like the crab legs, bread pudding, and prime rib. Even though we were indoors, the doors were left open for the cross breeze. A few flies hovered around, but the buffet area had little propellers to chase them away I would go back!

Went for Mother's Day Lunch, I advise skip this option. Grossly overpriced for the food options and quality. If not for the view and cool breeze, it was definitely not worth the price. Very disappointed.

We went to celebrate a 21st birthday and it was all so exceptional. Service was so quick from getting us seated, and there was quite a few of us, to collecting the done plates, as well as anything else we asked they delivered. The food was delicious and the crab legs you can't make it up because it just kept coming. Very clean establishment even with the many parties that were there it all flowed so wonderfully. Thank you for making it a special brunch!

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. Some of the food was inedible. The eggs Benedict was ice, cold and I immediately wanted to spit it out into a napkin. The fruit was not ripe it was hard with no flavor. The Buffett needs a lot of work. Thank you Crystal

Might be little pricey but we thought it was worth it. Great food (choices/taste). We love AYCE buffets especially if it has hot crab. $5 mimosas. Great service! everyone was friendly and helpful. They all seemed happy to be there. Very joyful experience.

For the price, one of the best deals outside of Waikiki/downtown. Food was fresh and hot. Staff constantly refilling low items. The staff was fun and not as stuffy as some places. Very accommodating friendly and quick with your order. Most definitely need to go back
