On 03/20/2025… at approximately 8pm… was the worst service I’ve ever had at Buffalo Wild Wings in Ewa Beach. It was so bad that I vow to never go back again. I ordered takeout and the employees saw me standing waiting for my food and they all ignored me as though I was invisible. My food even can back cold. They didn’t have the decency to place my food on the pickup rack. If zero stars was an option… they earned it.

BWW Ewa has been bad since the day it opened but it’s the only place with beer around here. Somehow, in the last month, it got worse. It’s really sad to see that absolutely no one cares about this place. I give it another year before it’s replaced with another ramen restaurant.

No hostess or sign indicating to seat overselves or not. All the open tables were dirty. Ended up eating at bar. Took a long time for bartender to make eye contact with us. Food was as expected and decently quick. No sure if the place is understaffed or not so trying to take that into consideration but truthfully the service needed serious work.
Vegetarian options: Cauliflower wings, black bean burger, sides like pickles, cheese curds, mozzarella sticks, potato wedges

Skipped over us in the waiting list. Then tried to claim the called us then told us we would be sat next then Skipped us again. Then after complaining they sat us outside where no one was then forgot about us

We got cordially gret at the entry, but it was loud I was with a baby I requested be seated outside. They forgot about us no waitress come on 25 minutes, after come, no food after 30min, went to ask, we were told courtesy of the house was free were going to be in a box, 40 mi never happened. I let them know the reason of our complain. They have management and communication issues on the floor. I'm not coming back to this one despite the waitress were nice and educated, we got no service. Oh well. Now you know.

Ordered online takeout. Quoted time was 20 minutes, but it took almost an hour. Wings came out dry with very little sauce. Requested extra sauce to take to go and were told they could remake them (I’m guessing another hour or longer wait) but would charge for extra sauce.
The manage acknowledged the sauce was lacking and again refused to offer any extra sauce to go without charge and insisted on remaking.
Very disappointing in terms of food quality, customer service and wait time.
Seriously?!? Y’all are charging $18 for 10 overcooked inedible rocks covered in a teaspoon of sauce?!? My dog’s treats are better quality and meatier than what this restaurant tries to pass off as “boneless wings”. Not to mention the chicken sandwich my daughter had was half the size of any other chicken sandwich on the island.
If you’re reading this, save your money and get your wings from Popeyes.

Kid-friendliness: So today was my grandaughters 5th birthday so we get there and they sit a party of 5 then my daughter tell the host we have a party of 7 he tells her ok then 10 mins later comes out and tell us it's gonna be 15 mins so we tell him ok we will wait then 20 mins go by then he comes out and tells us that they are still waiting for 1 more table for us we ask so how long will it be he tells us he is not sure he didn't even apologize or anything I think the host was too overwhelmed with the customers that was being served already cause to me and my family we felt unwelcome and left to eat somewhere else .

So yeah. Corporate place. I get it. But they had 13 people in the place and it took 45 minutes to get a salad. Their beer list is from corporate. It has nothing to do with what this location actually HAS. Plus, the taps that they do have has nothing to do with the taps. Some are different, a lot are just empty. Don’t expect much. You are in the working class suburb of Hawaii so you can’t expect much. As pathetic as this place is by national standards, it’s still got more than Bud and Heineken but that’s it.

Every time I come in the staff are friendly professional and attentive. The food comes out hot and as you would expect from Buffalo Wild Wings and there isn’t a noticeable island upcharge.
