If you looking to eat some good wings. Just go down the road and buy some at Safeway, you will be better cooking your own ever if you don’t know how to cook. When you order online, you stand on the pick up line and the workers just pass by like no one is there. This place is overrated. Parking is always a nightmare.

If you want timely service then do not come. Not even game day or anything. No alcoholic drink order or anything special and takes an easy 20 minutes just to get order in and another 20 minutes for food.Advised to order on app while at table when you come out for dining experience which is not to bad since you get 25% off but not all options are available for sauces for menu items so you still need to wait for assistance. Waitress was courteous. You order and do everything besides just bring food so tip is cheap here.Until Buffalo Wild Wings goes out of business do order to go unless they figure out how to manage servers.

Would give it a zero if I could. Got seated quick but then waited for about 20 minutes before server came over. Ordered our food and it came out at a decent time, but when I went to eat my wings they were ROCK solid. Completely BURNT and unedible. Told the server food was un edible and she did not take it off our check. Didn’t refill our drinks once nor did she bring the check out for a half hour after we told her about the burnt wings. Waste oftime and money would highly recommend to go elsewhere.

Watched Superbowl here two years in a row. Great location. Service was a little slow and my husband actually slipped on the wet floor that had no sign letting you know. They didn't seem to care.

Abysmal customer service. Ordered directly from the site for delivery. Fries, one drink, and sauce for wings did not arrive. Delivery guy had no additional items. Called the store and was told that it was not possible because they check every order. Then was told I could drive out and order fries if I wanted. Reminded the lady that if I wanted to drive to the store, I wouldn't have ordered delivery. She told me there was nothing BWW would do to help me and to call Door dash...I reminded her I did not order through door dash, and was told that she could not help me. It was fries and a Pepsi, and they acted like I was trying to con them out of the whole till. Will not waste my money here again.

Quickest eat because I was craving wings. Orders my mango habanero and bourbon bbq wings for lunch. I normally get honey bbq but i decided to try something different. My service was great. Granted there wasn't much of anyone in there for lunch. Of all sauces I do. Or recommend honey bourbon it is not that great. I'm a firm believer of always trying something once. That is the first and last time I'll out that sauce in my wings. Overall It wasn't a bad lunch. 8.8/10

Service is straight garbage. Everytime I come here and ask for something. The waitress will acknowledge and never come back with it. This is while it isn’t busy. Bartender will not walk around and make sure you need something. You have to flag her down to ask for anything. I’m pretty sure the wings come from the chickens outside. Safeway wings are better. Only worth it for the games but it’s expensive.

Made an order online. Was told by the employee at pick up area first that our food was just waiting on one thins. He next told us that someone had taken our food and they were having to remake it. After sitting on his phone some more he said he was going on break.Another employee came up and asked if we had been helped. We informed her that we were waiting on a pick up order that was supposed to be ready a half hour ago. After going to the kitchen and returning she said that it was just being started and should be ready shortly.Will not be going back here again. They clearly needed more help in the kitchen because no one in that restaurant had their food. They also need some better communication skills, and maybe not to hire people that will be on their phones when customers need assistance.

Bartender was very rude when I asked for a new glass cuz mine was dirty. Then we got a table, I magically got a second dirty glass with my new drink... I was very unhappy. Everytime we go there the service is very poor and it takes forever for a server to get to the table, then longer for food, drinks, etc. The server we had when we sat in the bar at the high tops was nice but the bartender not so much...

We took a group from Europe here minutes after their plane landed, 3 out of the 4 don’t speak English well. The wait staff was patient, helpful, and so kind offering decisive solutions to questions without making our friends feel inferior.
Ordered food on the website. Husband and I had the CHEESE CURD BACON BURGER and it was a little better than Teddy's Burger when we ordered in Town back in the day. Burger and Fries costed $16.49 which is pricey without a drink. Went to pick it up and it was ready for us. Wish they had a sign to tell us where to pick it up because I walked in the dining area. However the place wasn't too busy and it was quick in and out for me. So if you don't want to dine in, order online or the app and it will be ready to go.
