I've been picking up orders from this Burger King for the past few times, and each time I've encountered poor service. The employees hand out orders rudely, sometimes literally throwing the bag down. Questions are answered reluctantly or even ignored. I understand that everyone has a job to do—I deliver food too, and I always try to be respectful. But I'd like Burger King employees to do their job professionally and treat people like human beings. This kind of attitude toward customers is unacceptable. I ask you to pay attention to the quality of service.

Decided to stop in on my way to the bus stop. Just like the driveway they ignore you just standing in the lobby. Stood there waiting for 10 mins with no greeting or “we’ll be right with you” I made eye contact with atleast 3 different employees and they just turned and walked away. I left and walked over to Taco Bell, I was in and out with my food with in 10 minutes. Don’t bother with this location, plenty of other places around that are MUCH better and actually want to have you come in.

Food was ok. There was no refills on my drink like every other restaurant I've been to it would of been fine if the first drink wasn't full of ice and no drink. Probably will not be back. Ridiculous. Go to McDonalds you at least can count on them to make a problem right!!

Spent 30 minutes in the drive thru with only 2 cars in front of me. Ended up just driving off without paying or getting my order. Not the first time this drive thru has taken forever, but this one was ridiculous. I could clearly see the inside of the restaurant was not busy, so no idea what the staff was doing.

I went through the drive thru as usual. But this time the food wasn't warm by the time I got home (which was less than 8 mins away) The fries seemed like they were flash fried because the inside was cold and no crunch. Very disappointed because I prefer burger king over the other burger places.

The worst service ever in a drive thru. No greetings came from the worker, My order went into a whole new level of "WRONG". After I paid for our dinner, not even a Thank You came out of the employees mouth, in fact I felt like he just literally threw the bag into hands, and walked away from the window not even bothering to see if I needed anything else, let alone making sure all my order was in the bag..SMH..
Kid-friendliness: Not a friendly place to eat. Workers are super rude, like they doing us a favor. Highly recommend NOT to VISIT this location in Ewa Beach...

On the morning New Year January 01, 2024 we went to this Burger King location for breakfast spent $58 for our breakfast and employees are not friendly also not pay attention, we had to asked over and over again for a cup of water because they're too busy talking Filipinos to each others.
