When I got a door dash order, already arrived , they still didn’t start to cook. I said 3 times “Hello, pick up”, they didn’t answer.It was Sunday morning. Nobody was there. They was not busy, it just a horrible attitude and service.

On the morning New Year January 01, 2024 we went to this Burger King location for breakfast spent $58 for our breakfast and employees are not friendly also not pay attention, we had to asked over and over again for a cup of water because they're too busy talking Filipinos to each others. Worse Burger King in the Island..

Horrible business food is bad they keep windows covered and you can't go inside it's been almost 2 years now that's gotta be illegal. Do not spend your hard earned money they don't respect you.

I usually don't feel the need to review fast food chains, but too many times I've come to this location and have come across some rude workers. This recent time we had one of those coupons that come in the mail, so I swung by and made the order directly as it was on the coupon. Usually the worker asks if you have the coupon for it, but this time he didn't. Instead, I pull up to the window and he tell me the total and I hand him the coupon and he just yells, "YOU SHOULD HAVE SAID YOU HAD A COUPON".... Like bro, I ordered directly from the coupon, you wouldn't think that I could possibly have one? I mean the way BK prices are set up now, I don't see who would go there without a coupon nowadays. Oh well, at least they got the order right

Absolutely horrid. 4$ for a tiny soda that's definitely not the right size, no refills, no honoring of coupons, rude employees and overly expensive food. Burger King does not belong in Hawaii if this is their standards.

02/20/23 before work stopped over at Burger King to pick up some sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast croissants for the family. One breakfast sausage croissant is $6.99 alone. Better to buy 2 breakfast croissant for $9. Tator tots are good. No specials on them. Not a lot of customers at this location so drive thru was quick. Happy eats!!
Never fails to rip me off . Always gets the order wrong. You have to open your sandwich to make sure you get the right order before driving away

I usually like this Burger King because everything I order is nice,fresh and hot but yesterday November 3,2022 at around 2:30 p.m. it was a different story. I came to the drive thru after my dialysis treatment to get some lunch and was happy with what I ordered until I got home and started to eat it. The large regular fries were overly salty and for some reason the chicken had the same overly salty taste. I paid $16.35 for my order and had to throw most of it away because it was just too salty. I won’t be going back to this Burger King but am disappointed because it’s so close to my home. This was the first time I’ve experienced this and I was sad and disappointed because the food was always so good except for yesterday.

Such a good option for late night eats. My cashier was very friendly and thoughtful. I appreciated her professionalism and upbeat manner. Sometimes people who work in the fast food industry are just so miserable lately night that I almost feel guilty for coming. This place was NOT AT ALL like that.ALSO! We customized our order and Everything was right. Hot and fresh off the grill and deep fryers ?
