Genki Sushi USA.

Everything was cool until I saw the mushrooms. I’ve had some big mushrooms before from genki sushi, and still do, not from this one though, always get super small mushrooms here man. The second photo is from pearlridge Genkis, and everytime I go there that’s the same size that I always get when I order there instead, compared to the Ewa one.

The server was so rude when we walked in! She told us to wait outside without looking at us. Her tone and attitude was unacceptable poor customer service. We went somewhere where we were comfortable.

We went at opening 11am and the staff was welcoming and ready for customers. Our food came out quickly and was delivered by a robot!

This is by far one of the worst Genki Sushi on this Island.. They served me wilted hotdogs, burnt hamburger, a Salmon Sushi that the salmon was 4 times the size of the avocado and 2 times the size of rice portion. I will never be going back to this Genki Sushi.

The service was pitiful and the host staff doesn't ask if you want Wasabi or Ginger.

Do not go here unless you want to get turned off by the energy in the store.

I like the food here. We always stop here when I visit. The kids love gyoza's here but something changed and now they don't like it. I like the funness of ordering and the variety. The other day ordered a bento box it never came, so we cancelled it. But, we loved the cups they gave the kids. I liked the tempura, the corn dish, the tuna was rich this time, I also like the egg seaweed. But I did get up twice to get help, and also it could be cleaner, we were there at lunch.

I really enjoy this light atmosphere sushi restaurant. They use an online ordering system and robots for food delivery which make it super interactive and fun for my kids. The service is also quick and attentive to drinks and miso soup. Overall I have not been disappointed since the renovation several years ago.

Food was alright but service sucked. Stood at the door and could see the servers talking and laughing, but they didn't greet me at all. Then they forgot 3 parts of my order and I had to ask two separate people for it, after waiting about 10 minutes. Then my friend I was eating with said she saw 3 of them behind me laughing and pointing at me so yeah, that sucked.

Ewa beach genki sushi not recommended. One of the server shouted us and that makes everyone look at us and make us so embarrassing. And they put anykind in our bill that we never order. Good thing one japanese lady name “maki” fix it. She is very sweet and friendly. Should be trained some of the servers like ms. Maki very friendly.

To be honest, I went into this place with low expectations. Below 4 star rating and I wanted a conveyor belt sushi, which this claims to be, and it is NOT a conveyor belt (there's not even a conveyor anywhere in the restaurant). Seems as if the conveyor was replaced by a robot server. But I will admit, I was pleasantly surprised with everything I ate. The nigiri was big slices and the spicy items were spicy. Still not sure how I feel about the robot, and this web page needs to be updated as not a conveyor belt

Hella good fish (esp. hamachi) and the robot server is a fun touch

Customer service is hilarious. They are going to ignore you for multiple times for what you ask for. We waited for hour to get our food and staffs doesn’t even care. Just dont ever come to this place.
