The night that we went in for dinner there was only one server working. Not sure how many people were working in the kitchen but even that seemed like there may have been only one person back there too. I honestly have never had to wait that long at any other establishment. But I mean what could I have expected with only one person manning the front. The only reason that we even decided that was where we would eat was because my daughter wanted a milkshake. And go figure that night they had to ice cream. We have gone to the same location maybe about 4 times in the past year and it seems that each time we go the service, cleanliness and food quality gets worse.

Terrible service!!! No hostess to greet us...four different parties were there waiting for 5 minutes before a hostess greeted us. They said they were still bussing tables and it would be a while because workers were leaving (makes no sense). I'll never go back to this IHop

The WORST experience I had at IHOP. Asked for a high chair twice from the Hostess and once from the waitress. After our order was taken still no high chair. So we got it on our own. Then they didn't have Decaf coffee, no ranch dressing and no milk. Then part of our order came and we still didn't have utensils and our drinks. Had to ask for the Salsa that comes with the Colorado omelet. The Spicy Pablano barely had any meat and only 5 little pieces of Pablano and wasn't spicy at all. The crispy bacon we ordered was the last dish to come out and it wasn't even crispy. The food portions was smaller than at other IHOP. Even had to ask to get a refill on water. Hello and they was not even busy. Even though the Manager computed our meal 50% It's still not worth going back. Very POOR service and lousy food. Never going back to Ewa Beach IHOP! So sad.

Sitting here trying to talk to my buddy and can't here a word he's saying because the staff attached an ipod to the stereo a cranked it up. Ask them to lower the volume but of course the customer doesn't matter here as made apparent by all the other poor reviews. If the manager can't or won't control Derika then it's time to get a new manager. If I was the owner I would be livid.

Waited for our coffee... no customer service... got our omelet... it was just scrambled eggs folded with nothing in it but topped off with our choice. We went there again giving them another chance for the 2nd time... and We were not satisfied. Not worth your time and/or $$$.

Hands down the worst service I have ever received at a "restaurant", if you want to call this place a restaurant. If I was the store owner I would have let go every single employee that shift and shutdown operations until the place got its sh*t together. Was never checked up on by waiter, NOT ONCE, only to get order and received food (which took over 45 minutes) for 2 simple meals. The orders were wrong too and I was already fed up and decided to not get it corrected. Drinks ran out the first 10 minutes and were not filled up again the entire visit. Had to ask for the bill, WHICH TOOK ANOTHER 15 MINUTES to get and process. There were only 10 people in the restaurant and the atmosphere was terrible. No music, weird, awkward staff that stayed in the back laughing and not checking up on customers. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

The pancakes are burnt after the top one, the crepes make me want to throw up. The service is slow and the employees barely interact with the customer. Don't waste your money here.
Takes forever to get food or sit anyone with half full restaurant. This place needs new management and more workers because its terrible. Worst IHOP I have ever been to.

The waitress was taking a long time to seat us- so we sat ourself because the restaurant was pretty empty. From the second she realized we sat our self we got attitude from her for the rest of breakfast. They were also out of essentials like coffee creamer and strawberries. Not impressed with the taste of the food either.

No one acknowledged us waiting to be seated! I had to approach an employee to ask to be seated which took 10 minutes. After being seated it took another 10 minutes before our order was taken. We waited almost 30 minutes for our food and the pancakes must have been sitting for awhile because the frozen butter they put on it didn’t even melt! The coffee was dark and strong as though it’s been sitting for a long time. It was a very bad experience and very disappointed! You just lost one customer. I’m sure you’re going to lose more.
