I stopped by Jamba Juice - Fort Weaver Rd this morning around 8:30 a.m., and the store was busy—full lobby, steady online orders coming in, and only one employee on shift. Despite that, Emilee handled everything impressively.
In under 10 minutes, she took and completed my order (three drinks and a pastry) while also managing several other customers and multiple online pickups. No one waited more than 5–10 minutes, and I was the last person to order.
Emilee was fast, efficient, friendly, and kept a positive attitude the entire time. Running a busy location solo is no small task, and she was absolutely holding it down. She deserves recognition for the job she’s doing.

Their menu of smoothies has drastically shrunk since food items were introduced a few years ago. Still they have most of the favorites. The biggest issue I find here is with them, not having a few of the plant-based ingredients to make some of the smoothies. The staff are quick, and do their best to accommodate special requests.

The default greens and ginger smoothie had way to much sugar in it. I like no sugar, but did not take the time to customize my order, to substitute no sugar juice into the app when I placed my order

They need to take themselves off delivery apps. Multiple times on different days I’ve tried to order but they immediately cancel the order.

Walked in and greeted the 2 guys at the counter, I’m looked at and ignored no response. So I stand there waiting for what feels like forever, still nothing. I sit down waiting patiently looking at them talk about something, still nothing. Waited maybe 5-7 minutes, not helped at all. Walked out, worst experience at a Jamba. Don’t see how you can just look at me and see that I’m there and just get totally ignored 🤣 whatever though
Overall delicious , however my opinion is I don’t think they should discontinue blue spirulina or the blueberry cream cheese pastries.
Tried ordering online AND on the app. Keep getting an ERROR VALIDATING BASKET. Then tried calling and no one answered the phone for 30 minutes. Finally went down and ordered and waited another 10 minutes. So I contacted customer service and they explained that the error means the items aren't available at that location and that I should try another location or phone order.Well I did both and I got the same error AND no one answered the phone!Of course I didn't get a response after that. This location needs an actual manager.
Ewa Beach Jamba is the best on Oahu!
Love jamba juice, my main drink I get is the greens and ginger!?

Ladies tonight gave me rotting blueberries in my acai bowl, and it affected the taste of the whole thing. There was also way too much granola. Kind of tasted moldy. I'm going to bring it back tomorrow for another one. I hope they make it right this time. They fixed it and made it right.
Horrible service from the day shift. The evening shift is a lot better when it comes to customer service. Ordered smoothies, açaí bowls, etc and it was less than what they normally give compared to the other locations. Much improvement needed.
The place is extremely dirty. The windows, floors had old food looks like it hasn't been swept or mopedA very long time wall very dirty. Surprised the health department hasn't shut them down. Also employees dress very sloppy..for awall
Best Jamba on island....because it's located in the heart of 96706. Been going here for years, staff has changed, but the tastes have not.
terrible team, saw one employee have to handle all the work while the manager was in the back.
