Food was just as good as airport location. Staff at this location are a lot more friendly. If you live on west side you need to try this out.

Their staff super welcoming and super friendly. Thier food ono(delicious)! Buttah Burger "Hammah" style w/ onion ring is on point! Will not disappoint!! Also the BBQ brisket melt, yumm!!

Jolene's has the best beef brisket on the island it is so tender and juicy and they cook it for 18 hours wow. My new favorite place I go to the one in Ewa Beach but I know they have other locations but I like to Ewa Beach won the best.

I was working as a dasher for door dash and one of my customers ordered from here. When I picked it up the food smelled amazing and the inside had a nice atmosphere. I just ordered here with my wife getting the lobster and brisket melts. The food was absolutely delicious! yeah the price was a bit up there but totally worth the taste and quality of their food.

I’m from Ohio, and when I visit the island (about once a year)…I eat Jolene’s almost every day.

I day dream about the Louisiana roll weekly, and anyone I bring to the island - I make Jolene’s a priority.

I would give 10/5 stars if I could.

Some may say Jolene's is overrated and expensive. I say that they are better than Zippys. Staff are consistently friendly. They don't rush you. They help out with suggestions if you don't know what you want.

I love that the food is cooked to order. Everything is fresh and hot. Taste is amazing. I love the the hamburger steak, loco moco and onion rings.

Best brisket burger ever. We had 4 different meals and they were all good.
Think we have to visit again, before we leave for home.

At first, I thought they were a little spendy, until I took a bite of the lobster roll. My goodness I was in heaven, and the chowder fries are right up there in the clouds as well. THIS WAS THE BEST FOOD I'VE EVER HAD ! I heard little angels plucking a hawaiian ukulele, and my tongue did the hula! If you have the time and money, try this place ONE TIME, you won't regret it!

We ordered the Papa Smokes burger and BBQ Brisket Melt. Both sandwiches were so flavorful! The BBQ Brisket Melt's cheese had a very good stretch.

For drinks we ordered the honey lemon tea. We had to water it down a bit as it was too sweet for our taste.
