I ordered 4 plates of barbeque pork belly for myself and my coworkers. When i got to work, it wasn't pork belly but pulled pork. They even wrote pork belly on the container. I know the difference between pork belly and pulled pork especially since i also ordered a pulled pork sandwich. It was the exact same pork. I called and asked thinking maybe it was a mix up. I was told that's how the pork belly will come from now on. I told them if they had told me that in the restaurant, i would have ordered something else. All i got was a sorry. I've ordered from them before and normally the food is excellent. Hopefully this was an exception. I would've liked to have something more than a sorry as these plates ain't cheap especially since i bought 4 plates and a sandwich.

I love love their loco moco! The serving size is HUGE! The lobster roll is by far the best one I've had compared to other places. It's outside of the tourist area but it's worth the longer drive.

Jolene's is a convenient seven minutes away from my house. So nice to have a place with excellent, friendly service and great quality food nearby. I've been here several times, but the last time was the best,... tried their pastrami and brisket melt (double down melt) and it was divine! The pastrami and brisket were so tender and juicy and the cheese pull! Oh my gosh! I got it with a side of tomato bisque, but it was so flavorful it was great by itself. Highly, HIGHLY recommend Jolene's if you're looking for quality food in the Ewa Beach area. Note that it is a little pricier than most eateries in the area, but the quality of food justifies its price!

I love coming to this place not just the workers are very friendly and they are fast too . They greet you right away once you enter the door . Each of them worked together . My son loves the lobster melt and it was his first time getting lobster fries and it hits the spot . My husband had the brisket melt and it's pretty good tasty sandwich . Will never get tired coming to this location .

I ordered the BBQ Brisket sandwich with waffle fries. It just melted in my mouth. The flavor and texture of the brisket was out of this world. And the service was excellent! Friendly staff patiently explained the choices. I will definitely be back! I went to the Airport location and the sandwich wasn't as good. I think they need to grill the buns a little longer. The brisket is just as good.

The quality of food and the quaint atmosphere at Jolene's is what draws you in. They have good music, good food, and good vibes. Their portions are pretty big. I got burgers for my kids with fresh waffle fries that they make. And the Louisiana sandwich, which was a great add since they use the pickle, cucumbers and carrots from bahn mi sandwiches. The flavor was on point and the service was good too. Presentation was done well and just to know if you want ice water it cost $.50 but it's because they give you the Boba cup.

Great burgers! Super easy to locate, easy to order, just an easy burger spot with top quality. They also have a rotating specials menu that keeps it refreshing. Whether dining in or taking out the staff has you covered. Thank you!

We had the chicken sandwich, corn chowder and Cajun fries and they were delicious. I'm glad we split this because it was allot of food. The service was great and they knew this was our first time there so they were patient and helpful. We went after the lunch rush but, it's the typical take out place but they have great staff.

Tried this spot for the first time tonight. Excellent service, fun selection of music, and the food was great! We had the BBQ Brisket Melt. The toast was buttery and perfectly toasted. The brisket was finely chopped which made it super easy to eat without feeling like I was going to pull a whole chunk of meat out. The brisket had a great mix of bbq and smokiness to it. Will definitely be back to try other menu items and their selection of teas!

After craving a good burger for days... my hubby treated me to a great burger for Girls Day! I had the Jr Buttah Burger and waffle fries. It was very tasty and great quality! The pickled daikon made the burger taste better! The hubby got the Lobster Melt and he loved it! The service was great with friendly staff who were patient and helpful as they answered our questions. The restaurant was very clean and nicely decorated!
